- I like College Sports is a big event which is known as Kalpana Chawala Trophy
- College Events such as cultural event Prajwalan and Technical Event Zenith
Dislikes
- College Academics- Teaching is not done accurately
- Placements and internships in college are very less
Placement Experience:
All BTech and MTech students can apply for offcampus placement if required but there sufficient oncampus placements and almost all students get placed.Companies visiting for computer and IT are tcs, infosys, capgemini, cognisant, Nvidia, IBM, etc Total 42 offers were made computer branch and 52 offers for IT branch. The percentage of placements is 80%.

- College has separate building for every departments
- College organise technical and non- technical fest / every
Dislikes
- College building are very old exception Electronics department
- College have boys hostel but hostel is not well clean🫧
- College don't have own auditorium for functions
Placement Experience:
For placement 7th or 8th semester students are eligible for campus placement
Some companies visits college for placement name is Capgemini, L&T, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and last year Samsung visit for placement.
Avarage package is 4lack per annum.

- I like the Infrastructure of my college which is nature Loving
- Library of University is so big and large number of books there
- Laboratory facilities is so good in my college department

Course Curriculum Overview:
In the department course related activities held regularly. In department surprise test , group study ,doubt solving session,and conversation done throughout the day by day . In prctical lab various activities held related to the course.which is very helpful

- A big campus area with good infrastructure and nature beauty
- Good teaching staff with some IITians too
- Sports facility here is quiet good too.(Only for University and inter colleges matches only)
Dislikes
- The canteen here is not really good enough
- No ground available to play on a regular basis
- The communication gap between students and teachers should be a little improved
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for camps placements after 3rd year
There are many companies that has visited the college including Raymond , Mahindra , Dhut , HP and many more
As the city is in developing state, there are low placement rates and hence the package is also decent.

- Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
- Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
- For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.
Dislikes
- Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:
TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

- I like the library situated in the college that is has a vast book collection.
- 2nd is that the college campus is very huge at it has separated buildings for every stream.
- 3rd one is the climate of the college is very good because there are many trees are planted in college.
Dislikes
- I don't like the behaviour of some teachers as they don't give the answer of students questions and scold Instead of that
- Liked the library but students can borrow just one book when needen.
- And as everyone knows that NEP Because of this, teachers are not fixing the correct time for all the subjects. There are two subject hours at the same time
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose the major subject chemistry and minor subject geology because when students do the chemistry practical experiment they can understand everything in the lab like all the acids and whatever they put in it
The teaching improvement I can suggest is to be Normal and a little bit friendly to all the students that they cannot take too much pressure of that teacher.

Sant Gadge Baba Amravti University(AGBAU) is an average university in Maharastra. Colleges such as Prof. Ram Meghe Institute of Technology and Research and Shegaon College of Engineering have a good reputation and offer decent placement offers.
If you have better PET results or JEE scores, you can get better options than SGBAU.
