Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) offers admission to various UG, PG, Super Speciality, Doctoral, Post-Doctoral, Diploma, PG Diploma, and Certification courses in the fields of Medical, Dental, Ayurvedic, Unani, Homoeopathy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Theory, Prosthetics, Audiology, and Speech-Language Pathology. MUHS offers admission to 856 Courses in 5 Streams in around 58 specializations. 

MUHS Admission to all UG and PG courses is based on national or university-level entrance exams. Admission to UG courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS is based on score in NEET-UG. MDS and MD/MS Admissions are based on the score in NEET MDS and NEET PG, respectively. The university also conducts its entrance exam for a few UG, PG, and Research courses. PhD is the flagship program at  MUHS. For admission to the Ph.D. at MUHS, candidates must appear for the PhD Entrance Test, i.e. MUHS-PET.
