Course Curriculum Overview:

Bsc honours agriculture is a 4 year course which is a professional degree. First year will teach you the basics and will not enter into the core. In the second year onwards we will be in the agriculture core syllabus.there is a North india and South India educational tour which is the part of the syllabus make the course attractive to students. It also have a lot of practical exposure in the fields which will be good for those have interest in this field. 4th year will have RAWE and projects which gives us exposure to the syllabus and jobs.upto 3 years there will be a tight sem of 5.5-6months with approximately 2-2.5 months having exams time in which there is midterm practicals and university exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course waa veey easy to study but it is bit more than bulky... The exam shcedule was tight.. But its iwas easy to study. The faculties will help us to give more notes like ppt and pdf to refer aour preparations and activities.

Placement Experience:

From semester 7, students will be eligible for campus placement.There is banks like IDBI bank which confucted an open interview for KAU students .More percentage of students are getting placed.I have decided to do post graduation after degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Bsc(hons)Agriculture is a 4 year residencial course of which 3 year on college and the 4 th year is internship. It is a 360 ° course in which include various courses like Agricultural Entomology, Pathology, Agronomy, Horticulture and land scaping, Economics, Sociology, psychology, Agriciltural engineering, Biotechnology, Home science, Animal science etc. Exams are conducted on every semester. There is internal as well as external theory exams and also practical exams for each course on each semester. The exams are of easy to medium level.

Course Curriculum Overview:

All india tour is a main factor for choosing this course. There are two compulsory course tours of total 40 days (South and North india tour in 2:1 split). We get to see Jammu Rajasthan Himachal Delhi Agra Punjab uttarakhand during North india tour.we are waiting for the South India trip.This course provides quality education on agriculture.We have internals and semester exams .1 sem is six months long.

Placement Experience:

Placement is there from the 6th semester onwards. From 6th semester onwards students get placement. Mother Dairy, coromandel seed fertilizers, and Maharashtra hybrid seed companies are the companies giving placement. 40 to 45% of students get placement. Agriculture research scientist, food safety application engineer.
