Likes

The college is very affordable which is a good thing for students belonging to various sections of society
The college has a good teaching staff which is capable and efficient
The amount of extra curricular activities

Dislikes

The infrastructure is not upto the mark and lacks cleanliness at various places
There are a lot of fights in campus due to existence of political parties
The classes are overcrowded a lot of times

The curriculum is okay but it can be advanced according to me. More practical knowledge needs to be added. If I talk about my course which is Bachelor in arts then our final exams only take place once a year and minor exams for assessment also once a year because we follow an annual system. Each year has 2 semesters so they double the amount we have.

My life my collage

Likes

Campus of the collage is very clean and thats i like more about my collage and there is much more flowers and trees
No doubt faculty is impressive and the method of teaching is very clear all the teachers are very helpful
The collage is located is very near to the road and the hostle are available for both boys and girl and also the food of the hostle are very hygienic

Dislikes

The cantine is little bit massy and need to improvment also inprove the service of food
In this collage the labs are sufficient for the student may be provided more labs for the student for their bright future
One more thing i disliked that is the walls and boundaries are the collage the are very old repare them and build more new walls

Placement Experience:

For B. Com PGDCA M. Com students are eligible for the placement Im form the BA student so i dont know about the ????any placement but other student is vaild for the placemt and internship My plain after the degree is go for M. A. Master degree in my subject

Chamba is like little shimla

Likes

Teacher are good behaviour. And they arefull of knowledge
Hostel facilities. Canteen facilities.bus facilities
Low educational fee.. environment good..

Dislikes

Building infrastructure......is not proper for their strength
Place is all over covered with market....
Noises are so much which create disturbance in studies

One thing I liked about my college is caretaker of dogs weekely

Likes

The most beautiful things I liked about it is the Parks and Gardens which are cleaned every day
Another beautiful things is library equipped with 10000 books and 20 computers
Last is well maintained community Hall with huge hall inside can cover upto approximately 300 students

Dislikes

The most dirty thing about it is the bathrooms
And the next is bathroom pots not cleaned from the last 1 month
And the last is missing of clean water sanitation facilities.

In the last semester students get placed Various companies visited such as Airtel Reliance and many other and the average package is 3 lakhs to 4 lakhs per annum It can go upto 10 lakhs based on the performance and project completed in a specific period of time . Nearly 70 percent of students get placed My plans are not too planned

Likes

Good campus life in the college's was my favourite piunt
Good clubs outside the college also I like very much
Good eating and hanging spots outside the college

Dislikes

Poor infrastructure of the college is the main things
No proper maintenance of the college washroom
Poor facilities like no ac and heater in every classroom in winter and summer

Course I choose is only for degree so that I can fight any government exam this course doesnot prepare you for the dirty challenge of life there are many area of improvement in college like poor teaching to students and many more

The Reality Behind

Likes

Overall, extremely positive. For the first several months, more than a little scary; I was attending a college 300 miles away from my home .
finding my classrooms on such a large campus was a challenge at first. But I love learning, loved my classes, loved the campus
I think the your experience in college is what you make of it. If you go in knowing exactly what you want to do with your career and use college as a means of getting there

Dislikes

Just living under those circumstances is in and of itself a negative experience.
just waiting for the day when my college will be over .
did I thought it to be hell like this. My intial days were good because I got to know different types of people , culture etc. But soon I realised that I have arrived at a wrong place.

My crazy and beautiful 2 years with college

Likes

The atmosphere of study and cultural activities all together
Behaviour of teachers with fresh students
Sports activities and regular basis of competitions

The speed of teachers teaching the syllabus

The exams are not much hard not much easy. The students who studied whole year well exams are very easy and vice versa for the students who didn't studied well. Nothing much to change but a requirement of an auditorium for the college. The related subjects which iam studying, there teachers Influenced me a lot to join this college and course with respect to there teaching experience and all.

Life at Dharamshala government Degree College

Likes

The college campus is quite spacious and has lots of greenery
All types of facilities is available at the campus
The teachers are quite cooperative with the students

Dislikes

Sanitary conditions are very poor at washroom
Drinking water is not always available at the campus
Canteen has no much variety of food stuff

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to become a criminal lawyer so I choosed ba . And to make my basics stronger and have more vast knowledge I choosed the combination of history with political science. But the teachers should also focus on the ones with English medium too as majority is of Hindi medium.

BREIF OF MY COLLEGE EXPERIENCE

Likes

There are some improvement made such as a common room for girls.
Also i like the teaching method of some teachers who take their job more seriously.
The campus is not big but the environment is kind of friendly.

Dislikes

The teacher treat the student how they want and innocent student are becoming victm of this.
I hope the canpus were big or it have several grounds but playing in one ground with no space left for other students is not good.
I dislike the way there is no value of santation and hygiene in canteen.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course im studing is BA and my some teacher are providing their best knowledge to educate their class. Also praticals are been conducted for more realistic experience. I like the way teacher put thier effort for student to let know the things they dont.

Likes

Environtment and college spectrum and many other things that we enjoyed in college
Usually i dont meet with many peaople i have my small friend circle thats enough for me
The faculty expertise is also good they provide good instruction to us

Dislikes

I dont like student politics and other bullying and ragging like activities
Running behind girls and diverting mind from education
There are many useless activities in our daily life so we have to leave them
