Dharmsinh Desai University Nadiad Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

I have a few friends from DDU Nadiad and according to them, the placement scenario for EC is great. As an Electrical Engineer, you have opportunities to work in various fields. If you are interested in IT, you can join Infosys, TCS, Igate Pattni, Tech Mahindra, Cybage, and other such companies. 

If you want to join core companies then you will have the option to join Sibridge, EInfochips, Volancyc, Matrix solutions, KHS, Idea, Masibus, Airtel, etc. 

According to the recent placement highlights the average CTC offered at the institute is 4-5 LPA. 

I have a few friends from DDU and according to them, the placement opportunities offered at DDU for the Computer Engineering department are quite good. You will have lots of job opportunities. You just need to be sure about what you want because CE is a wide domain. Companies recruit for different profiles. like Java developer, PHP developer, .NET developer, etc.

According to the placement highlights of this year, for CE the placement average was 100%. The highest CTC offered was more than 30 lakhs and the average CTC offered was nearly 6 lakhs. Some of the major recruiters that visited the placement drive were Infosys, Accenture, TCS, Amazon, etc. 

After doing some research online about these colleges, I found out that mostly students prefer DDU. It would be better in all the ways from campus to placements.

• The campus of DDU is very good. The infrastructure is well developed.
• All the required facilities are provided and they are fully functional.
• The labs are well maintained.
• The teaching faculty is very good and much better than LD and MSU.
• The academic curriculum at DDU is better than LD and MSU.
• Companies such as Infosys, GSFC, Reliance, Wipro visit for hiring.

You may also want to know that why they do not prefer LD:

• It is a Government institute and it comes under Gujarat Technological University. The exams are conducted at odd timings.
• The schedule is not followed well and vacations are not given at the proper time.
• The students do not get time to learn anything or do internships.
• The labs are poorly maintained and not functional.
• The teaching faculties are not good and supportive. Students have to do self study.
• The only advantage of studying at LD is that it gets a good number of companies as it comes under GTU. Companies such as TCS, Accenture, Cybage, Persistence, HSBC, elite core, Wipro, matrix visits for hiring.

The students passing out from DDU have more skills and knowledge compared to other students. So, overall, DDU would be a better option.

The placement of the computer branch in Dharmsinh Desai University is decent with a few getting jobs in big MNCs like Google, Amazon, etc.

Placement Highlights:

• Other than some MNCs like Google, Amazon, etc, the highest package of around 10 LPA is offered to students in the CE branch.
• Google, Amazon offers around 25-30 LPA, but are limited to 1-2 offers only.
• On average, around 40 domestic companies visit the campus for placement in CE, IT, and MCA.
• A maximum number of students gets placed in mass recruiters like TCS and Infosys.
• A large number of regional companies offer jobs posted in Gandhinagar, Ahmadabad, Baroda, etc.

Overall, the placement scenario of the computer branch in DDU is average in CTC but decent in number. Most students receive at least one job offer to have a secured future.
