Placement Experience:

At Jamshedpur Women's University, placements are very good. At least 60% of the students got placed in MNCs. From 5th semester, on-campus placements started in our college. Companies like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Accenture etc visited our college every year to hire students. Package varies from company to company. The average package is 4.5 LPA. I also got placed in Wipro and also planning to do more better in future.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I am interested in English. There are around 6 to 8 faculty members to help with this course. Term exams were held per semester and were easy to pass for regular students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty is quite good and so is the curriculum. The curriculum seems to be industry oriented only. This is true because the branch itself is relatively new to my college and hence a very young and modern curriculum has been implemented here. Teacher student ratio is very good in my branch at least. In some branches like BCom, it is very bad like 200 students to 1 teacher for some subjects but for me, it is a 70:1 ratio. Exams are conducted very sincerely and timely. Questions asked are not always from the syllabus to say but still, it is not very difficult. There are 2-semester exams and 2 mid-semester exams per year, also multiple unit tests are conducted throughout the year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum Overview: 6/10. My main is to become CA so I opted for B .sc as my Bachelor's degree. There are enough teachers to handle the management but if we talk about the faculty: student ratio then it is approximately 1: 20. Most of the teachers here are done with their Ph.D.'s but are a little helpless in teaching in online mode. There are 3 mst in a semester and then the final exam, mid sem are not that tough but end sem is enough.
