  • Our college has 5 campuses as far as i know - Jubilee(mine), University Park (main), Sutton Bonnington, Kings Meadow and Castle Meadow.
  • Everything is available – grocery store, library, cafes, study areas, quiet study areas, parks, halls, general practitioner, etc.
  • There are constant events going on, like when we came there was the freshers' fair that happens every year when new entrants join, and then after summer vacations we had the Re-freshers fair and then constant fairs related to companies and so many clubs
  • 350+ clubs related to tech, culture, religion, etc.

Fees

  • Fees were £28,600 for the whole year; accommodation cost around £9-10k for the year.
  • Both were yearly charges and were paid in three instalments with ample amount of time in between each instalment.
  • Other monthly expenses, including food, travelling around the city, etc., would cost a maximum of £250 per month. So overall maybe another 10-12000£ for a year

  • The University of Nottingham has six campuses: four in Nottinghamshire (University Park, Jubilee, Sutton Bonington, and King's Meadow) and two overseas campuses in China (Ningbo) and Malaysia (Semenyih).
  • The facilities are available on our campus, such as the library and sports facilities.
  • The major campus festival, club, or any popular event that takes place at our college is the Winter Ball.
  • Some detailed information about the extracurricular activities, such as sports, cultural events, student organisations, etc would be that the student union stands out as an exceptionally good one. The sports teams are quite competitive too. They have cultural events like international students fashion shows.

Fees

  • Fee is 18 lakhs in Indian rupees
  • Stay is 6 lakhs in Indian rupees
  • Food is 2.5 lakhs in Indian rupees
  • Food and other expenses I meant 2.5 lakhs
  • Airfare not included
  • Food expenses depend on how you spend, where you buy your groceries, etc. Stores like Lidl and Poundland are quite cheap.
  • Other expenses also depend on your lifestyle and preferences. This is a very nominal quotation.

Fees

  • Okay, so my course at Nottingham was £24,000, but thankfully, they didn’t ask for it all at once. I could pay in two parts every year, which made life so much easier. No way I could’ve paid everything upfront, so this was a lifesaver.
  • For my stay, I picked an en-suite room in student housing. Super nice, but kinda expensive—£500 a month. The good part? I could pay monthly or every three months, so at least I had options.
  • Transport? No stress at all. The uni had free buses between campuses, so I didn’t have to spend a single penny on getting around. Super handy.
  • Groceries were like £25 a week. Just the usual—food, toiletries, and sometimes a little extra snack if I was feeling fancy. I didn’t really have any crazy extra expenses ‘cause I was mostly just studying and chilling.
  • Paying for stuff was easy too. I mostly paid online through my student account. But if that didn’t work, I’d just go to student services and pay in cash. They were always super chill and helped with any issues.
  • Overall, the whole payment system was pretty smooth. No weird surprises, no stress. Just made life easier so I could focus on my studies and not freak out about money.

  • There were in total 3 campuses. The main campus was University park campus which have all the major facilities like a huge lake in which you can enjoy boating with your friends. It have all the sports facilities with a huge Gym.
  • The other campus is the Jubilee Campus in which I studied. There's a huge library and many departments including the Nottingham University Business School known as NUBS.
  • The other campus is Sutton Bonington Campus which was in the countryside mainly for vets and biosciences. The events vary from time to time and there's no such major big event from University of Nottingham.

Fees

  • 25,000 GBP was my college fees and 10,000 GBP are the yearly expense which should be considered. Monthly expenses may vary around 800 to 1000 GBP including rent, food and transportation.
  • The fees is collected in 3 parts during the academic year and breakdown is 34% in the first instalment and 33% in the rest. I paid my rent in four parts which vary and depends on the accommodation you get.

  • Our college has 3 campuses. All of the above mentioned facilities are there in the university.
  • They host a lot of clubs as well for example- travelsoc, artsoc, for legos, for gymnastics, for swimming, for basket ball etc. Any kinds of interest a person has, a person can explore.
  • They also take you on some really amazing tours as well around the country as well as outside.
  • Lewis Capaldi had come to our college for the testing of our new machine developed for people with Tourette’s.

Fees

  • My fees was broken down to installments. 3 installments. The living costs were around 500-600 pounds per month for me.
  • That included all my bills. For food- I used to go to Indian stores where I could get all the necessary stuff I needed.
  • Average it used to be around 25 pounds per week. Transportation- you can buy a year round bus pass- helps you save cost on transportation.

  • There are 2 campuses and both are next to each other but they are very big and to travel between each campus we had free bus services for students.
  • We had 24*7 access to the library, we had a sports village that had 83 different types of sports facilities. Medical is free in the UK.
  • The best is Goose Fair and some famous clubs are Rock City and Ocean. Every month there would come an event and can't compare as all of them were good.
  • If you stay in student accommodations there will be an event for you every month. I used to stay in an off-campus house so don't have much idea.

Fees

  • The total tuition fee was 27500£, I didn't have any hostel fee at that time because I was living in a private house.
  • The fee was charged in three instalments, 1st instalment was in September, 2nd was in January, and 3rd in May.
  • Monthly expense for me was 800-900£
  • Of which 500£ was my rent, 200£ for food and groceries, and the rest for other stuff like transportation, clubbing, and miscellaneous.

  • We have three campuses like I have mentioned before, with Jubilee campus and University Park campus (main campus) being around 15 minutes walking distance away from each other, while Sutton campus is like 30-40 minutes bus ride from the main campus.
  • We have all facilities in the main campus with large sport centre in both the Jubilee and University Park campus.
  • We also have a boot( a medicine shop) along with the local GP surgery office within the main campus itself. We have libraries on each campus with George Green library in the University Park campus being the largest.
  • We also have PGT hub area that are open 24/7 fitted with free WiFi for students to sit and work. We also have various restaurants, pubs and cafés around the campus providing food at decent costs.
  • We have various clubs whether it be sports related or just simple ones ( there is even an Indian Society). Each society hosts its own events .

Fees

  • So in my case it was 24,000 GBP for the 1 year course. You have various options for accommodation, I took up a university accommodation which was 131 pounds per week. Both Uni fees and accommodation fees could be paid in terms.
  • I paid the full University fees upfront while one accommodation fees term wise. My accommodation was like a 20 minute walk from my department, so transportation cost was nothing.
  • The Uni has three campus- the University park campus (main one), Jubilee campus and the Sutton-Bonnington campus. The University had free buses running between them called hopper buses, so you could always use those.
  • Living expenses also varies. My accommodation was all expenses paid (except laundry which was 4 pounds for washing and drying), but food and all other expenses may come up to be around 350-500 pounds a month.

Library and medical facilities are for every one, for sports, you have to take the membership to be a part of it.
  • There is a student union that organised loads of events; you have to follow them on social media and websites for better knowing.

Fees

  • I pay my college tuition fees semester wise, my scholarship amount get deducted in every semester form the due amount. If you want to pay in one go, you can.
  • My accommodation fees are exclusive, it costs me 500 GBP per month including all the utility bills . Apart form it, please expect a monthly expense of 150 GBP on groceries and miscellaneous.

The University of Nottingham has specific English language proficiency requirements for international students who wish to study at the university. These requirements vary depending on the program of study and level of study. It is mandatory for all international students from non-English speaking nations to submit a valid ELP test score.
