Course Curriculum Overview
Choosing RNSIT for my course was greatly influenced by the curriculum's strong focus on core technical subjects combined with practical modules like project-based learning and emerging technologies such as AI and data analytics, which aligned perfectly with my career goals. The curriculum prepares students well for real-world applications through hands-on labs, case studies, and industry-relevant assignments, while also building a solid foundation for higher studies with its research-oriented approach. That said, improvements could include more interdisciplinary electives and updated teaching methods with increased use of interactive tools and flipped classrooms for better engagement. Exams are conducted frequently with moderate difficulty – they're challenging enough to push us but fair with proper preparation. Overall, the supportive faculty, frequent tech fests and events, vibrant campus, and good industry exposure make it a solid choice for holistic growth!
Internships Opportunities
RNSIT offers solid internship opportunities through its active placement cell. Students have secured roles at companies like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, and Bosch as Software Interns and Data Analyst trainees with stipends ranging from ?10k to ?35k per month. Typical projects include developing web applications using MERN stack, building machine learning models for predictive analytics, and loT-based automation systems - outcomes often result in live deployments, GitHub portfolios, and pre-placement offers. These internships provide great real-world exposure and bridge academics with industry needs.
Placement Experience
Placements rate of my college is very good almost 90% of students get placed. Many big companies visit our college for campus interviews. Students most oftenly get placed in 6th to 7th semester and 5th to 6th sem students get internship offers

Admission
I chose RNSIT over the other colleges I applied to because of its strong industry-aligned curriculum, frequent tech fests & events, supportive faculty, and vibrant campus facilities that perfectly matched my interest in practical learning
Faculty
Faculties are very friendly and highly knowledgeable they always are available to guide us. There are 2 internal assessments and one semester end exam these internal assessments help students to get prepared for external exams and make us more confident to give the external exams
Interview Experience
There was no written test for the admission. The admission will be based on the ranking of CET or Comedk. Group discussion for admission was about the college, environment and the facilities of the college and the hostel
Night Life
Nightlife around RNSIT is calm and safe, perfect for balanced unwinding rather than wild parties. The campus and hostel gates close by 10 PM, while the gym, library, and main cafeterias shut around 9-10 PM with public areas wrapping up by 11 PM. Inside, students love chilling at the central cafeteria or hostel common rooms for late-night snacks and chats. Outside, popular hangouts include the nearby food street (5-min walk) for street food and cafes like CCD or local chai spots that stay open till midnight. The locality feels quite safe to roam at night with good lighting and security. These simple vibes help us relax after classes, build friendships, and keep campus life enjoyable without distractions. Overall, it adds a peaceful touch to the vibrant college experience! ????
