I choose the Jindal School of Journalism and Communication over other colleges because of the curriculum it offers. No other college in India offers news reporting, editing, investigative journalism, and data jounalism in a single program, this is where JSJC stood out for me. the course starts with the history of journalism and ends with global media and international affairs. The curriculum is not limited to classrooms, it also includes industry training in news reporting, camera handling, PR and advertising.

My cousin was in the same course i opted for at JSJC, and he is currently working at a PR agency as a senior editor. All this is possible because of the efforts of the Office of Career Services. The Office of Career Services works 24/7 and provides training, including skill-building, guest lectures, workshops, and career guidance. JSJC has many collaborations with top organistaions. It helps us build professional networks and connections.

Fees is reasonable and in line with the facilities they offer. There are multimedia studios, sound rooms, and editing suites, all according to global standards, and for that, the fee is worth it. Jindal Global Uni offers many scholarships for students in need of financial assistance. Scholarships are merit-based, with separate scholarships for students who do well academically.

I love the campus energy. It is a journalism and media school, so there is always something interesting happening like the international film festival-kos Minar where we saw documentaries 7 also amde one which was played in front of a huge audience. I am also part JSJC's community radio 7 i love the rj setup. some of my friends practice their news reporting skills in the multimedia studio, and we also learn new editing software.

The overall admission process in simple and smooth. Apply online and then follow the guidelines, but try to aplly on time because seats are limited and competition is high to join the college. What i like most about the admission process is the less paperwork and everything is online. The admissions team helps a lot throughout the process.

Professors at JSJC are from strong technical backgrounds. Most of them are experienced media personnel, such as news reporters and editors. One of our professors has over 15 years of experience at a major media house, where he held a mangerlal role. Many of them are foreign university scholars, nad they bring global exposure to the media and film studies offered by JSJC.

Usually at night we play cricket, like there are teams from different hostels, and we all have a friendly match almost every nigt. Also, students hang out in cafeterias, parks, and indoor sports facilities. i usually hang out at my favourite Starbucks inside the campus (yes, we have one in the campus). There are late dance and music practices, and this adds a lot of fun to college life. The campus is 24/7 secured by CCTV surveillane.
