Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum at JGU is Designed according to international academic standars. JGU has a total of 12 schools and 50+ programs across the liberal arts, environment, IR, business, law, journalism, and many more. The best thing about the curriculum is that it offers an interdisciplinary approach and strong global network. The curriculum is regularly updated according to current industry needs. Mandatory internships, field exposure, research projects and study abroad programs are also a part of the curriculum.
Internships Opportunities
Internship support at JGU is so strong and globally oriented. JGU's office of Career Services actively connects students with the industry and organisations. JGU has vast national and international tie-ups with many orgns helping students secure internships... OCS supports students with resume building, career counselling, and soft-skills training.. the students who do well during their internship period can get jobs from the same industry or orgns.
Placement Experience
If you do well at ur internships then it can open way for a job at the same place. You benefit strongly from its academic reputation and global exposure. The Office of Career services or ocs helps make ensures that students are job ready through career counselling, skill building sessions, and multiple networking opportunities. You learn how to network and make industry connection which can eventually help in landing a job.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is a bit high, but i think with the kind of resources it offers... the fees is okay. JGU does look like a foreign uni or even better, and academically it has the similar curriculum. i think for students considering to go abroad can definitely consider jgu. JGU does provide scholarships diff criteria like merit and ofc, you can always seek Financial aid which would anyway be less than going out of India.
Campus Life
Student life at JGU seems fun... i do see many artists and political leaders visiting the campus on Instagram. The student-led socs are pretty active, with them participating in various natinal and inter-college events. There are students from 100+ countries n regionsnd that makes the overall experience more inclusive; students learn about different cultures and perspectives. There are popular food outlets like Subway, Domino's Dunkin Donuts, Burgrill, and many more. JGU offers an environment that balances academics with social life.
Admission
The overall admission procerss at Jindal Global Uni is quite simple. It is not like you are going from one office to another with documents. The admission process starts with an online application. The admission team helps students with the whole process, whether it is documentation, online entrance exam, scholarships, or any issue related to the admission process. Also, every program has its own eligibility requirements and eligibility criteria which the counsellor can help understand.
Faculty
JGU's teachers are one of the strongest aspects of the university. JGU has professors from all over the world, which brings global experience directly to the classroom. Also, JGU's global tie-ups with international univerities and academic institutions make the academic experience more valuable. Professors focus more on intercative and simulation-based learning and practical exposure.
Night Life
Nighlife at JGU is chill. Late evenings are usually active with students socializing, studying or spending time with each other playing sports or at food outlets and cafeterias. The whole campus is secure, safe and well-managed, which allows students to relax comfortably at any place in the campus.
