Campus Life
My overall campus life experince has been enjoyable and memorable. the college provides a friendly and supporitive environment where students can learn, interact, and grow both personlly and professionally. Social life on campus is good because students from different background come together, which helps improve communication and teamwork. The college conducts annuals cultural festivals, sports meets and hospitality related events every year. culturals festivals are usually held between january and march, while department event, seminars, and workshops are organized throughtout the year. these events helps students showcase their talents and gain confidence.
Admission
I chose my college over other college because it offered the best balance of affordablility. Quality education and practical exposure in the feild of catering scinece and hotel management. While comparing different colleges, Imconidered faction such as course curriculum, fauclty experince, infrastructure, placement opportunities and fee structure. My college had a well structure curriculum with both theroy and practical training , which is very important in the hospitaliy industry. The fee structure was aslo more affordable compared to some private college making it a btter option for me. I had not face major rejections, but in some colleges the cutoff marks or seat availability made admission difficult. In a few cases, the competition was high, and my academic score or entrance exam score may not have been enough. I learned that applying early preparing better for entrance exams can improve chance of admission.
Faculty
My college has experience and supportive fauclty members who helps students in both academics and practical learning. the faculty to students is approximately 1:20 or 1:25, so teachers are able to give individual attention to students. The relationship between fauclty and students is friendly and respectful, and most fauclty members are approachable whenever we need help with studies or career guidence. In my Catering Scince and Hotel Mangement course, the fauclty members are knowledgable in subjects like food production, food and beverage service, which makes learning easier and more effective. some of the best faculty members are those who teach practical subjects because they share real industry experience and teach in an interactive way. For example, chefs and service trainers are very heplful in improving practical skills and confidence. I especially liked fauclty members who explain topics clearly, motives students, and provide extra support before exams.
Night Life
The nightlife around my college campus is decent and mostly calm. since it is not in a major metro nightlife area, students usually spend their evenings relaxing with friends rather than going to ciubs or late-nigth entertaiment places. Most students unwind after classes by visiting cafeteirs, tea shops, restaurants or handing uot in common areas and hotel rooms. Inside the campus, the cafeteria usually stays open until evening around 6 PM to 8 PM, depending on the day. The library generally closes by 5 PM to 6 PM, and public areas or study remian accessible for a little longer. it there is a gym on campus it usually opertas in the morning and evening hours.
