What Students Say

Likes

The "Vibe" and Community Whether it’s a tight-knit campus where everyone knows your name or a massive university where there’s a club for literally every niche hobby
The Discussion Style: They treat the class like a giant brainstorming session where your opinion actually matters
Some professors are just incredible performers. They take dry, complex subjects (like Organic Chemistry or Medieval History) and turn them into a narrative.

Dislikes

I'm facing little shortage of teachers for second language subject like kannada, hindi teachers are not available sometimes

Course Curriculum Overview

1)no specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision. 2)very well. We can handle real world application 3) it's overall good and best college to study for bca in this college 4)it's not difficult nor easy it's medium depends on us how we learn

Class Size: 15Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Internships Opportunities

1)Nasscom foundation is good and offered under the campus very good experience and happy I joined . 2)no project is available but in 6th semester projects will be available so soon when I go to 6th semester I will do project

1)feast festivals it was great and good 2)a lot of journals are available in library 3)yes everything is available within the college campuses 4)i didn't join any sports and extra curricular activities offered in campus 5)no

Admission

1) i liked cmr and i applied late for degree college so I got admission here. 2) no i didn't get any rejection it's just i didn't apply for degree form sooner so no form was left for me to join . 3) 2puc i should complete and admission will be provided

Faculty

1)i feel comfortable raising my hand because they r very friendly and encouraging. 2) sweatha, deepa ma'am is my favourite i love there teaching style. 3) Prachi Ma'am she is good but her teaching needs little experience and understanding 4)it's easy. 5th semester 5 exam was there .it was good

Overall a great experience

Likes

Supportive and knowledgeable faculty members
Industry oriented curriculum with practical learning opportunities.
Modern infrastructure including well equipped labs.

Dislikes

The placement services could be improved by bringing in wider variety of core companies
Campy wifi is slow and cuts out quite often.
Administrative processes are slow and take too long.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from 6th or 7th sem onwards. Several major tech and service companies visit the campus every year, making multiple job offers, my personal plan is to pursue masters.

ABBS is cut over rest!!

Likes

ABBS means Professionalism and therefore students have to follow the strict uniform code as assigned by our college.
No entry without icard and it has to be around our collar whole we are in college.
Cameras are everywhere and therefore no blind spot and this ensures complete security.

Dislikes

Uniform colour is very poor as it looks like colour of postman uniform.

Placement Experience:

Oracle, Genpact, Amazon and you can name any name which you know in technology and they were at ABBS. Junior software developer roles were the primary roles offered to BCA students and placements worth 4-6 lakhs were offered to us.
