The college canteen provides good fooding which includes both veg and non veg
The college provides students library that is free for all to use
For students physical fitness college also provides the gym inside the college campus for students health

Dislikes

College does not provide the wifi feature in the classroom
College doesn't have good transport system for day scholars
There is great network problem in the campus including hostel

Course Curriculum Overview

My course is computer science and engineering because it is the current demand because with the growth of technology and the introduction to the Ai in the industry i choose the branch while the college is also doing great job for every specification of the department and also take frequent exams which is the mid semester and the final semester exam

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience

The college provides the placement facility where many companies both domestic and MNCs like TCS and Infosys comes and pick the candidate out of the student who will be their future employee and the percentage of students that get placed are also great like around 70% so I am also up for any company to get hired into

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for the every semester is 56000 without hostel and we are required to give another 2500 as registration fee while the college is also open for scholarships and student loans for betterment of the students And does not take any further money

Campus Life

The college focuses on the practical knowledge as it conducts many hackathon and techfests continuously for the practical development of students and also provide great mentorship for any further improvement it also provides the technical books that are present in the college library and the campus also consist of basketball, badminton, volleyball and cricket field

Admission

My college is great and affordable for my price range in the comparison with other private college as here the campus offers almost every facility that the other high end colleges provide in affordable fee with great teaching faculty and placement opportunities

Faculty

The college consist of great teacher who are specially form the field of study who can teach the students in English as well as the regional or hindi for better understanding and college also provide industry experts for betterment of students and industry exposure who the industry experts bring

Night Life

The college provide all around facility with library gym multiple gardens for both boys and girls common and saparately also the college provide the canteen and cafeteria where student can use 24/7 it consists of 3 lawns and 4 different sports ground where people use to hang out

from 6th sem, students are eligible almost 100 companies visited including IBM, VISA, Infosys, DE Shaw etc. Highest is 63 LPA and avg is 12-13LPA 90% placements I may consider doing MBA if I dont get very big package

Placement Experience:

I am in my final year and 80% of my classmates including me are already placed. All top MNCs comes to our campus and currently most students are placed in the ranked of 10-20 LPA of CSE branch and top placement was of 52 LPA.

Best College in this Budget

Placement Experience:

In 6th semester, Placement opportunities are available and the criteria is more than 7.0 CGPA,No backlog. Based on the company criteria Many companies like TCS,Tech Mahindra, Wipro,Q-spider, Flipkart, Infosys, Aditya Birla group and 50+ others companies,No offers more than 330+ 75% of students are placed. Highest package is 18 lacs and Average package is 3lakhs based on the companies. More than 75% were getting placements. My plan is to getting placed in company approx package 6lacs per annum with job security

From 6th semester we are become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies visited like :- Oracle , Skew spider , Wipro , Cognezent. The highest package is 8 lakh and average package is 4 to 5 lakh. Percentage of students getting placement is nearly 70 to 80 .

My Review on CGU

Placement Experience:

Talking about the placement you are getting trained from your 7th semester and also get placement from your 7th semester only. The placement process are going on until all the students are get placed.so if few of them are placed in the 7th semester or 8 semester and some of them are not getting placed after 8 semester then the placement cell continuously sending the placement mails to the student if you are not getting placed yet. If you placed in 4.5 lpa package then if a company come with 6 lpa package then you can also apply for the drive. But if again another company come with same 4.5 LPA package you can't apply for this. Other unplaced people are get chance to apply for this placement drive . There is also higher package companies are there like Flipkart Amazon with 16 LPA and 20lpa and more than that but it's all purely depend on your skill that you are prepared for it or not.

ICT is best for Research and Internships

Placement Experience:

Most of people go for PHDs and research after this course so the number of placements is a little less. Also, this unique Integrated Mtech course is new and the first batch of this 5 year course soon will be passed out. They are getting placement offers of 8-8.5 LPA per annum.

Value For money college

My decision really came down to ROI and getting the CSE branch specifically. I tried for top government colleges like OUTR and VSSUT, but my JEE rank wasn't high enough for Computer Science there. I actually got Electrical at C.V. Raman, but I was determined to study CS, and private universities like KIIT were way out of my budget. It eventually came down to GEC vs. GITA. I picked GEC because the fees were slightly lower and the hostels are much better since we get attached washrooms. The admission process was super smooth; I applied through OJEE counseling based on my JEE Main rank, and once the seat was allotted, I just went to campus for document verification. They also have management seats if your rank is lower, so getting in isn't too stressful....Read More

GEC- The Mnemosynes Way

Well to start I gave my JEEMAINS 2021 exam but unfortunately at the same time on MAy 4th MY died and I got off track for about 5 months and when I again got myself back anyhoe then I got the opportunity to go for GEC and as far I have gathered info and seen through my eyes the fees with the reutn of knowledge we got its far more better than many colleges. My main reason to choose this college is a bit un-traditional as I wanted to go somewhere far, cause I knew I can do what I want as I was stusying about coding from class 11.
