ICT is best for Research and Internships

Anyone with PCM can take admitted to this college. The application is done through " josaa " which is the all-India JEE Main counseling program. It also takes students from csab and spot rounds according to the availability of the seats. The cut-off for OBC, state origin, and sc/sts are relatively lower.

I chose the course because it offered 6 internships/ industrial training programs with academics. All faculties of this college are Ph.D. holders and prominent researchers. The faculty-student ratio is relatively lower. Along with Terms exams here we have to give internal assessment tests in phases almost every week.

You can get internships at Industries, and R&Ds Research Institutions. List of industries - Fermenta Biotech Dahej, Panipat Oil Refinery, IOC Paradip, IOC Gujarat, PPL Paradip, Microfilt Umbergaon, IOCL R&D Faridabad, CSIR-IMMT, Fermenta Biotech Kulu, VIZAG STEEL, AP, Oriplast, Balasore, IOCL Faridabad, Jagannath Polymer, Odisha, IOCL Oil Refinery Baroda, etc.

Most of people go for PHDs and research after this course so the number of placements is a little less. Also, this unique Integrated Mtech course is new and the first batch of this 5 year course soon will be passed out. They are getting placement offers of 8-8.5 LPA per annum.

The fees per year are constant and 79000 per year. The mess fees generally vary due to changes in caterers and all. They provide institute scholarships and financial assistance if the total income of your family is less than 8 lakhs.

There are a lot of books and journals in the library as well as in the e-library of ICT. They provide access to MATLAB MathWorks, Grammarly, etc. Classrooms are air-conditioned. Our college has a Technolocal association which has dance, music, photography, traveling, sports, and literary clubs.

Currently, the accommodation facility is in transition mode. We live in a private college ITER's hostel. We soon will be shifting to our new hostel Khosla. This one is renovated for ICT students. The meal quality is flexible on how the students want to be. We change our caterers and menus accordingly. The hostel is quite affordable.
