- Very few scholarships and even bank loans from university are not provided to assist the heavy fees that it charges.
Course Curriculum Overview
Engineering is all about predicting the future and our course just like the AI and Robotics is the future. No matter what you build can be stolen or copied and that is where our Cyber Physical Systems engineering can assist. Thus, I took this engineering as we can help organization with data protection.
Placement Experience
Mostly domestic players as international players for our branch are not invited. Obviously for obvious reasons as most organizations chose domestic players when it comes to cyber security and even government has laid down many restrictions. To support placements of Cyber Physical Systems many government organizations too recruit students from our college.
Fees and Financial Aid
MAHE's best is debatable as many would say TAPMI but MIY Manipal for me win it hands down. Yes, fees are obviously high as it is Manipal University after all. MIT Maipal fees for Cyber Physical Systems is 4 lakhs per year and hostel fees are also a little high as it is 2 lakhs a year. So, overall fees paid for engineering is close to 25 lakhs.
Campus Life
MAHE Campus is around 600 acres and 1/3rd of it is MIT Manipal Campus. It is like an IT Park of the city as our campus is a city. Just like a city we have shopping malls, banks, and even a post office. There are gardens and a stadium as well. Auditorium is there in every other academic block and the largest auditorium is the one that hosts our cultural fest Revels.
Hostel Facilities
A tall building comprising of several categories of rooms. It is actually built like a hotel and it is perhaps a 3 stat hotel only. AC rooms, top quality beds and king size washrooms and best academic things like study table with two switch boards and a lamp. The way we see in American Series it is exactly like that.
Admission
For B.Tech courses, Manipal Entrance Test is conducted by the college and students on the score and ranking are alloted branch. CSE and AI are taken by top rankers and then mid rankers can take our branch. However, first choice is always with the students. So this is how admissions are done as a Computer Based Test is mandatory for technical engineering courses admission at MIT Manipal.
Faculty
Call it insight or forecast, MIT Manipal is best in all as the faculties they have roped in have both. Taking example of just one of our professors Mr Dhirendra Thakur who has built cyber systems for international companies is professor at MIT Manipal. He is obviously favourite or rather a default favourite.
Night Life
Endpoint Park is the largest park in South India and that is close to our campus. One of the best musuem Hasta Shilpa Museum is also close to our university. Now restaurant and all why one has to go out when we have ample of them at our university itself.
