Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum for cse is fine,not good not bad,though there are scope and room for improvement.Their could be breaks between the classes and exams which can help us to prepare better for the exams

The placements are fine though the actual placement figures are not out yet but still the average placements as told to us by professor and placements cell people is well about 1475000 which can also improve

The yearly fees is around 5lakh 50 thousand and this is the fee for CSE course tough the fees for core enginnering is quiet less as compared but it is quiet worth it considering the placement status and all

Manipal have one of the great campus life in India.There are many social fest organised by various cultural clubs hackathons by tech clubs and various other activities by the management.Our exam are held on epad

Manipal has great hostel facilities.There are variety of hostel to be choosen from.There is an regular cleaning staff assigned to each floor.A laundry van to get the laundry done.Set of floors have different warden

To be very honest i got around 96%ile in jee and it is the percentile where you can't get into any other good government college.Mit manipal being a top tier two college provided that opportunity to have standing

The faculties are good and well trained.The have their designated cabin where they can be approached easily.They are always ready to solve our problem.There is designated teacher guardian assigned to set of student

Night Life

The night life of campus is very safe there are guard post and checkpoint after every distance there is campus patrol which takes the surveillance of whole campus 24/7 the ai monitored cameras keep the campus safe and secure

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements usually from 7 or 8th semester and many tech companies and core companies visit such as amazon,tcs,ibm, microsoft,google,amd etc The average package for my course is 6.5lpa and almost 90% of the students get placed I haven't decided on what to do after getting my degree

Placement Experience:

They fake a lot of their placements....now the bangalore campus currently has 40%placements but they fake the placement rates to make it look like its 80 or 90% which is sad...i heard that if u have really bad marks and couldnt get placed(a lot of ece and eee people, cause they will purposefully try to fail u so that u can apply for the couse again) they will make u sign a document were u agree u never sat for placements.

I studied pcmc in my pu so i had a great interest in a subject called computer science Computer Science always amaze me with its ability to do connect the world together virtually More than theoretical teaching better to have practical or logical way of learning ,knowing basic theory and implementing in real world problem solving 3hrs of exam either from 9.30am to 12.30pm or 2.00pm to 5.00pm,the exams were moderate and selective was the easiest

After 12th, My intrest was in Medical field, so my parents forced me for engineering field, so i choose electrical and electronics engineering course. Curriculum was well prepared.. Yearly the course is getting updated and teaching facility need to be improved because we need experienced teaching faculty. I used to study whole night when there was exam on next day.

MIT Manipal owns engineering!

Admission here are very consistent and just two methods. No other method works here as MIT Manipal has very clear plans. Either you can qualify through Manipal Entrance Test or JEE scores but 90 percentile is required. So it is tough as engineering seats in MIT Manipal maybe high but competition to be in top 1000-1200 means competing with nearly 100k students....Read More

MIT manipal - a complete review(hostel, nightlife, fees, academics)

I chose this college because this was the best option I had among others that I got accepted into. Comparing to others, MIT has much lesser intake and a much better campus life. I made it into all the private colleges that I applied to, but not colleges like NIT and IIT Other colleges I got accepeted into are BITS, VIT, CET, LPU, Thapar. I didnt choose BITS because of the higher fees.
