Average college with average placement and good campus

About curriculum it is fair enough we learn about all sorts of tech. Also from Semester 5 we are given elective subjects so that a student can develop in the field of his interest rather than learning everything. There are lab sessions everyday so we also gain practical knowledge. however i feel that Course should include new technologies more. Apart from core course subjects we can also learn non core subjects which increases the knowledge and give student idea that what he/she is capable of.

After completing the 3rd Year students are eligible for placements which starts just from when you enter in sem 7, By the end of sem 7 maximum student opted for placement are placed. Top recruiters from my branch are Zealous web, RKIT, Crest, Gateway, E sparkbiz, and many more. Around 50 students from 200 students are placed with average package of 3 lacs per annum and highest package of 7lacs per annum in on campus placement.

We pay fees semester wise which 57000 per semester and 1500 exam fees per semester which makes gerand total of 117000 of whole academic year. Hostel fees includes 52000 per academic year. Total course fees if you opt for hostel is 169000.

Annual tech fest call spectrum is organised by our college which includes all sorts music event, workshops, games and tournaments. College also organizes the annual cricket league call APL. there are various clubs in the institution like gaming club, book club, dance club and many more. college also have house system which divides students in four houses that are Gandhi house, Sardar Vallabh house, Netaji house, Bhagat singh house which are responsible for the event management with ADIT central committee. All kind study material and previoust year papers are available in library. Classrooms are equipped with stage and a smartboard.

Hostel have AC block, non AC block non AC blocks are further divided in which there are old blocks and new blocks and block with common washroom and bathroom. Hostel fees depends on the block you opt for and addmission given on base on first come first serve manner. In room i reside comes with 3 beds 3 tables-chair, 3 locker and a washroom for three people in room. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is provided by the hostel mess which is common for all the blocks. Regarding the quaity of food they provide I can say it is quite managable.

I have admitted in this college through ACPC in the second round. I opted for this college because of best placemnt and best campus for my respective ACPC rank. I was also called by CHARUSAT university in Changa for addmission meeting but wasnt able make it due to some personal issues. Addmission process through ACPC is very simple you just have to fill out a student info form and opt you want to stay in hostel or not and that's it. University sees the ACPC rank of the individual for qualification of your addmission.

In my department there are 20 faculties available for around 200 students. There Faculty advisiors appointed by college per batch for example my batch have 2 FA's one for first 35 students and 2nd for the rest of the students, they are responsible for counselling of the students and management of the students. I personally didn't dislike any faculty from my department however new faculties are hard to approch rather every faculty is easy to apporach helps students in all kind of stuff. About exams there two exams per semester which is internal exam of 20 marks and external exams of 50 marks. Both exams are very to crack and hardly 1-2 students ever get back.

there are no Group discussion, Interview or Written test for the addmission. But the addmission is based on your marks and your ACPC rank. Mine rank was 8600+, i guess the cutoff was around 9000-9500 for addmission in ADIT through ACPC.

Laxmi tea stall is most famous and most crowded place during lunch and evening time. Students are not allowed to leave campus after 11:00 PM if they are residing in the hostel. Campus is well equipped with street lights so there is no dark places. It is compelety safe inside campus. In hostel guards are present 24*7 so it is compelety safe. There was no such case of theft in past years. As our college is situated far from main city it is quite difficult to find resources and there are limited shops for different things.
