They are some courses like telecommunication skills which have complete relevance in our course curriculum . but there are some courses like environmental studies which does not have significant relevance with our regular studies.

semester fees is nearly 126000 varies depending upon the semester and mess fess is 26000 which nearly remains same for all semesters and do not availed any type of scholarship for my study and for 4 years the fees is nearly 12 lakhs

College organises cultural technical sports fest every year . The cultural fest effervescence is organised in the end of October the technical fest is organised in the start of april and the sports fest is organised in the end of march . Apart from this ecell team of iiit allahabad organises e summit every year in month of april .

Rooms of each hostel are provided with basic facilities like two beds for double sharing and single bed for single sharing , light and fan and their common washroom at each floor having all the basic facilities like to bath and also each floor has water cooler for clean and colld drinking water and all these services are provided at nominal cost so every can afford it . Also each hostel has its night canteen where all the eatables are provided at cheap cost .

IIIT ALLAHABAD has high placement record by getting highest placement of 1.25cr and an average package of 35 lpa like i also applied for dtu and nsut but they have less placement as compared to iiit allahabad and iiit allahabad has more reputation than nsut and dtu .

Like in each sem their are elective courses for giving knowledge apart from their daily study and they offers some minor courses to given then detailed knownledge for finance, entrepreneurship . Faculty is very supportive .

For admission to college you have to appear for jee mains and secure a good rank and then apply for josaa counselling where you fill the prefernce of colleges along with branch and then result comes round wise you get best college according to your filled choices and your rank .

To hangout campus has its cafetaria named dewis and their outlets of amul and nescafe also . Also each hostel has it own gym for body fitness and campus its central library where we can read variety of knownlegable books . I sake of safety the nigh out time is 12 am . For boys there are hostes named BH1 ,BH2, BH3, BH4, BH5 and for girls GH1, GH2 ,GH3 .The campus is not at all safe at night to walk .
