Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course curriculum is the main attraction of the college. The curriculum is very frequently updated as per the industry requirements and is up to date. Unlike a normal college, we dont have to study irrelevant subjects that will be of no use to us in the real tech industry. Only the subjects that are widely used in the industry are taught here.

Internships Opportunities

5

The best part of my college is the internship oppourtunities, almost the whole (96%) of the second year students have got very good internships with offers from swiggy, zomato, and many other big startups. some students have even got offers from germany and singapore with internship stipend of 2lakh+/month.

Placement Experience

5

The college is new so there is no placement report of the 4th year batch. but the placement report of the scaler academy has an average of 26 LPA. the internship report of the second year batch is pretty impressive with 96% students did atleast one internship with an average of 30k per month without any tech background before coming to the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

SST'S 4 year program costs 21.56 lakhs incl. tution, hostel & mess. Optional parallel degrees IIT-M 3.53L , BITS 4.16 L. Th fee sturcuture at scaler school pf techology reflects its focus on quality education, real world learning, and dual-degree options.E

Campus Life

3

The campus life of the college is not something that you would expect in an IIT or an NIT. The small campus is one of the things that affects it. The campus life being not that good is also not very bad. in recent times we have had a alot of fun activities that are aiming towards a better campus life and the college is very actively working to improving the college.

Hostel Facilities

4

In hostel we have our warden Dharmendra sir who is very helpful in all the things. The food is now good, earlier it was pretty bad but since more options opened but food has become better now. the menu stills needs a few modifications to be called "good".

Admission

I was getting top mhtcet and top comedk colleges, I rejected them because all of them had an old curriculum with no regular updates. I would waste one year of my life learning things that dont really matter. The professors in the colleges where my friends study just come and dictate the ppt they dont care what the student understands, which is the complete opposite of what happens in scaler. So I like to study at this college.

Faculty

5

The faculty-to-student ratio is not that great but that doesn't really cause any issue. All the teachers are quite experienced in their respective subjects and are quite friendly too. Some teachers even live in the hostel along with us and are ready to help even during the night for doubt sessions. One of the best teachers I have met is Kshitij Mishra His way of making the most complex DSA problems easy is what makes me excited about going to college. The exam level is medium to hard, as it resonates with the interviews that happen in the actual tech industry.

Night Life

5

Night life around the college in terms of going out and chilling is pretty good till 10:30. after that we cant go out of hostel but in hostel the 5th floor offers a good place to study, have fun , play games and chill so night life is pretty good

The course i choose is bsc because of the different subjects in this course it has electronics and computer science . The curriculum prepares me by special courses and the new ways of teaching. The methods of teaching is good but we need new ways like learning with games. The timing of exam is 3 hours for eights marks, and the difficulty is the benches are not comfortable

Students become eligible from the 5th semester. The university also conducts placement drives and skill development workshops. Out of the various companies, some of the reputed ones include Goldman Sachs, KPMG, EY, Deloitte, De Shaw, etc. The average package is around 7 to 8 lakhs but 60% students opt out from placements for further education. I plan to study a master's degree in business economics after my undergraduate studies.
