- They give us many opportunities to participate in any events outside college
Dislikes
- Management is little too strict, but I leanred to manage from 2nd year
- Sometimes we face racism from some teachers here
- For hostel students, they can only go for outing in some days
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course by myself, and I know the importance and future potential for this course. Teaching methods are still traditional Indian style. In odd semester the exams occur monthly. While. In even semester it's quick The exams are not difficult
Internships Opportunities
I'm currently pursuing 2nd year. I have went for internship in Cyrix Heathcare company for biomedical instrumentation, the company have tie-ups with our college. I have enrolled in ediglobe training with internship from our college I have made multiple projects like smart walking stick, smart Sign language gloves, AI Chatbot for hospitals, diabetes prediction model.
Placement Experience
From 6th sem we have internship and campus placement. Some companies are TCS, VM Meditech, Dhavantri biomedical. About 37 students of 45 got placed from 6th semester students. Highest package 15LPA Average pack 4.5LPA 75% students gets plaved every year. I am planning to do startups after degree
Fees and Financial Aid
There are multiple scholarships available here. I'm paying 124000 for tuition, academic fees(20,000), and Industrial training (4000). Fees varies from student to student, if you come with agent it will be 10-20% less in management quota Scholarships available are 7.5, SC, OBC, etc
Campus Life
Our college had held events like Technical symposium, D-Glitz, Annual day with celebrities, and many more. There about 2000 books and 600 journals available. Some classrooms are equipped with projectors. Labs are not upto date with the systems. Our football team have won multiple tournaments held in different colleges, we also have kabadi, cricket and volleyball teams. Theres a lot of clubs for different domains which are run by mostly students
Hostel Facilities
Theres 6 beds in a room in two hostels. There's even few AC rooms available. The food quality is acceptable. Hostel fees is highly affordable( there's no special registration process, it's included when we take admission) I stay at rented house outside college for 1500 per month
Admission
I applied to international university in Malaysia and I got admission, but due to family reasons I didnt go. This college has prayer halls and it's one of the few colleges with biomedical course. There isn't much competition here, so we can easily get admission in management quota with affordable fees.
Faculty
1:20 ratio for fault to student, Class coordinator is very friendly and cooperative. Ms. Mamatha, Mr. Nandhakumar both very cooperative for any needs or problems we face here I don't like about 5-6 faculties Internal exams are really easy, most of them pass. Curriculum and course is almost upto the mark
Night Life
There's gym in here, no late night activities here. Hostel closes at 9:30pm It's a village area, no street lights here. So we all stay inside the campus, we can roam here within the college campus till 9:30
