BB college is one of the best colleges in Asansol and nearby area, because it is budget friendly.
From academic perspective, the teachers are really nice & helpful.
Our college organizes annual fests, it has NCC Club as well.

Dislikes

We have to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance, in order to be eligible for giving exams.

Course Curriculum Overview

My course is basically BA Hindi honors, it is a very common course. Future of this course is not very vast, but I would say, it is a great course, if you are interested in learning the Hindi language deeply.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 4380 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For my course BA Hindi Honors, the total fee for the entire course is 4380 rs. I have not got any scholarship, I took direct admission here in this college. Our college is very budget friendly, and it was oen of the reasons why I enrolled here.

Campus Life

My overall experience of campus life is great till now. I have made many friends and we all hang out in our campus, which is very spacious and beautiful and it has canteens, playgrounds as well. I am enrolled in NCC, as our college provides training for that, and in it we go for camps as well. Annual fests are organized too.

Admission

My main reason of taking admission into this college was that, it was very budget friendly and This is one of the best colleges in asansol, so my daily commuting is also feasible with regards of the location of this college.

Faculty

The teachers of Hindi department are really good and helpful to us. The faculty members have done at least post graduation, and some of them have done PhD as well. The teaching method varies by teacher, but so far, I have not had any difficulties studying there. My course is distributed into semesters and each semester, we have our final end sem exam.

Night Life

Typical time for hostel closing is 5:30 in the evening. Our college provides hostel for both male and female students. The timing for getting into the campus is 9-10 am respectively. In fests, popular singers are invited here, so we have shows in the nighttime.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really liked geography as a subject for learning and exploring as it includes fieldwork , surveys and excursion which enhances our mind and experience in our life and this way we have many opportunities to learn new things in our life which is helpful for our future purposes. The only improvements I would like to note that to improve the toilet facilities and placement opportunities.

Placement Experience:

Overall placement is good if you good score you can avail anything. You can discuss your teacher about you enquiry. They can help you better than me. I suggest it's best college. If you have any plan for the higher study you find it near Burdwan University. It's good for your preparation.

Admission:

The admission is granted on the merit list. The student applying for the course should be a 12th cleared from any recognized board or any state board. The student has to wait for their name to appear on the merit list. Once the name appears on the list which is displayed in college, the admission is successfully granted.

Because it's easy for me to go college and it's near my house. It's easy to go and I know many people who studied there so it's very useful and helpful to me. The teacher's are helpful and friendly and it's suitable for the financial condition of my house and the education system is very good. I am choosing the course because I want to learn something that I am not comfortable to talk and I want to know about the subject more.

I applied for B.C. College and T.D.B. College along with B.B. College and I was shortlisted for all three but I chose B.B. College over other's majorly because of their Social Media Presence and other factors like convience and stuff.. BB COLLEGE IS BEST FOR HONORS STUDENTS

I have not taken admission in another college because BB college is one of the best college (A-rated) in Bardhaman district if you want to persue with your honours course and provides opportunities to thousands of students to show their excellence. You have to score atleast 65% in your higher secondary to be eligible for admission. The college releases an online form every year in the month of July or August.
