Genuine Review of IIT BHU

The curriculum is quite interesting if you focus on core side , but in first year you will read common courses and departmental courses are few. Regular quiz are taken by the professors . Conducting labs is one of the best thing to get more insights of practical knowledge.

The top companies like JP MORGANS, Microsoft, Amazon , Apple visit here each year. However mass recruiters also visit in decent amounts . Think once that this IITcontains larger number of students and still it did not suffer with placement downfall then it suggests that our placement cell and students are working hard.

First of all placements here are pretty good because of the strong alumini network and hard working placement cell . Many OG companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Apple also visits here alongwith those who take mass of students.

For B.Tech students, The semester wise academic fees is around 1,06,350/- and that of hostel is 15000/- for the student whose annual income is above 5lacs . For income > 1,00,000/- and <5,00,000/- academic fees is 54,033/- and for less than 1lacs annual income it is 20,700/-. Also there are some extra benefits for sc/st/ pd candidates.

Here seniors are pretty chill and helpful . Multiple clubs and societies are here whether regarding startups, business, arts,media or sports culture. However as it one of the oldest IITs so the infrastructure sometimes seems devastating.

Sufficient facilities are there in a room , however it help you to adjust even in the worst conditions. Though food quality and taste is pretty nice with so much of variety . Menu is changeable after taking majority in our side.

However i have chosen few other colleges as well but i am happy with this because of ots great alumini network, tech culture and afterall IIT has its own brand value. To take admission here one should qualify JEE MAINS and then ADVANCED that too with good rank.

A semester contains mid semester and end semester exams with sufficient preparatory leaves. The difficulty level of answer checking is not much tough , but as your peer group belongs to top 1% of the country makes it hard to get even average score.

For first year and second year girls students, we are not allowed to go and roam after 10 or 11pm . Also got to know that after specific time everything gets closed here at Varanasi,and even in the campus. But you may visit Ghats at the night under the moon light.
