Remarks
Positive remarks about our college is that the faculties are very good without any doubt. Negative remarks is that they want 100? attendance from us which is basically not possible. They are very much strict about us like a school which we can't tolerate.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am studying B. Tech in Electronics & Communication. The course curriculum is very tough without any doubt. There are two internals and two semesters per year. The duration of the course is 4years.And the 1st internal is basically written exam and 2nd internal is online exam by which we can know our score on that day. There are some mcq questions on all the subjects and we have to give tick marks on the answers whatever we think that they are correct.
Placement Experience
According to placements and job opportunities, our college has secured 4th rank in West Bengal. 90? students are placed in multinational company. And rest of them are doing hard work to do their best. Some of them also have got three jobs together. And for ECE students, our college has provided internship in BSNL and AIR company. The overall experience is very nice. The teachers who work in BSNL, they taught us so well and showed some practical machines also. Finally we have got a certificate from this reputed company. They didn't provide any stipend to us.
College Events
The events which we celebrate in our college: 1.Freshers welcome (for 1st year) 2.Saraswati Puja 3.Biswakarma Puja 4.Annual Fest 5.Prize giving ceremony 6.Teachers Day 7. Holi In Freshers welcome, the seniors of our college perform to entertain the new fresh students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For B. Tech students, per semester we have to pay ?80, 000.And for BBA students, per semester we have to pay ?40, 000.So per year B.Tech students have to pay 1,60,000.And for four years the fee structure is 6,40,000.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no scholarship or loan faculty offered by our college. Our college did not provide any scholarship for bright best students. The best students of our college did not avail this kind of scholarship.
Campus Life
There is an extra period that is extra curricular activity period which is held in our college daily. In 1st year, we were doing different yoga movements in Buddha Auditorium. Now on that period, we can play tennis, carrom, football etc. It also secures mark which is included in our semester system.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network and senior students are very helpful. They give their questions paper for practicing well and to increase our knowledge. Whenever we fell in any doubt, they are always ready to help us by giving their notes or explaining that practically.
Admission
I sat for entrance examination in UEM, Kolkata. Then I have secured a good rank among all the examinees. And my wbjee rank was also good, it was 10,000.Then I had got a sms from our college and they had also called me for my admission. And I have got admission in my college.
Faculty
The faculty of our college is very helpful. Not only helpful, they teach us very well with proper guidance and care. Whenever we face some problems regarding any subject issues or anything, they are always ready to help us generously.
