I applied in college in Delhi only, and got selected in IP University as well, but I was looking for a correspondence mode of study so I withdrawl that option and applied for IGNOU. As many of my known were taken degrees from this university they suggested me to go for that. Okay so basically why would I choose this college over others because it is has very easy system. It take exams in time. Students are punctual. It is very good in terms of every aspect. I mean international open University is a highly rated University in all over the India from rich to poor everyone able to read and write in this University.
