Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of BYK College Of Commerce Is Very Reasonable It Is Yearly Around INR 2500 It Ranges Upto 20000 If Reservation And Scholarship Is Not Availed But In Category Reservation BYK College Is Lot More Benificial In Terms Of Fees

Campus Life

5

My Overall Experience in BYK College Is Mostly A 4/5 As The Infrastructure Development Is Not So Modernised But The Traditional Look It Gives Is Fascinating In All Aspects. Campus Is Filled Up With Greenery And Lawns.

Admission

I was in this BYK COLLEGE in 11th and well as 12th Grade so I didn't opt for any other college as I was comfortable with the surroundings and campus. This college is Better than other colleges in terms of facilities and campus appearance.

Faculty

The Faculty to Student Ratio in college is approximately 30:1 and teachers solve doubt efficiently with students My Course Structure Is A Degree Course of 3 years there are total of 6 exams in course excluding internal examinations and all teachers are kind

Interview Experience

No i didn't had to give any interview or Group discussion in order to take admission in the college. I applied in Inhouse quota as I completed my 12th grade from the same college so I Directly filled the admission form and took admission.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is recommended for the students who want to pursue a career in the finance field or if someone who is looking to a course like CFA, this bachelors degree becomes handy. This course teaches you about the financial spectrum of the whole world and gives you an intricate understanding about different financial instruments and their relevance in the society. It teaches one of the most sought after skills in today's world, that is financial literacy. Still I think some of the subjects introduced under the NEP are completely irrelevant such as EVS and IKS. We as college students need to give quality time on some professional subjects, not that these subjects are not important but they need to be emphasised in the early classes. There are three internal exams of 10 marks each and 20 minutes for each paper. The end sem exam is of 30 marks for minor subjects and 60 marks for major subjects. Also I feel that the difficulty level is okay.

Remarks:

The good thing is that the college was not strict and was never forcing us to study rather it was seeing to it that it gave us proper advice and help us reach more towards my career goal. The bad part would be there were may staff which was very dull and was not kind, and no importance was given to correct their behaviour although it was evident by all.

Admission:

I entered college quite late like at the end of July. I got in on the basis of my 12th marks which were 85%. But if someone holds merit above 70% then you can easily get into MITWPU BCom program. You should apply for it beforehand and the merit lists will be declared around 2nd or 3rd week of June.
