Course Curriculum Overview

The teaching method is good. Teachers are helpful . I think this course is valuable. In future IT industry developes and have a great scope. Our faculty members are highly qualified the always encourage us.

I am a student of information Technology in this college. The fees structure is low. Tution fee: 6000. Caution money: 300 . University dev fee: 2200. University reg fee: 500. Semister exam fees: 1200. Other fees: 601 . Total fees 12801

Campus Life

The campus life is so good. In our college there is a union. Swa, student welfare association it is a great union. In our college there help lots of games fun event sports. Our annual fest name Jagriti.

Admission

I sit in wbjee exam in 2024 and my rank was 4232 . And in councelling process in first round I get this college and also second round I get this college and the college also good. Facilities are good so I take addmission

Faculty

Facilities members are so good they are highly qualified. They give efforts for students. They are always free for students. Nice college. Classes are regular. No delay class . Teachers are punctual .

Night Life

In our college there is a small gym but the instrument are not good. There is a music room also many instrument are there like guiter piano drum. Hostel are also good but the capacity is small but the hostel food are hygienic and tasty.

Placement are good enough. From 6th semester students become eligible to for campus placements(internships as well as full time offer). 105 companies visited in 2025 and many package offered by them based on student's skill. highest palcement : 45 LPA offered by amazon. Percentage of students getting placemnets : 86%. After getting the degree my plan is to take a decent job and to be finanancially stable.

our college average package is 600000 per Anum and highest package is 1800000 per Anum according to recent data. and 80% of student got placed . And wipro , windows, tcs , siemens , tata like companies come to our college for placement. Core students are also got placed but many of them goes for hihger studies.

In our college there is a intership on second year after that we get placement with minimum package 600000 . In case we don't get a placement in my college I will write the gate exams conducted by the Central government and i will study m tech in better not or iit .

What to expect at GCECT

The admission process was easy and smooth. You can take admission into BTech for a course of 4 years duration after clearing WBJEE and securing a decent rank. For CSE branch the rank ranges to a limit of 5k while for IT the limit is close to 7k (general category). Decentralised admissions can further push this range, but the variation is different every year. Semester exams are scheduled once every six months and 2 mid sem exams preceed these semesters.
