I choose this course i.e department of Human resources and management because the department ensuring a strong theoretical foundations along with the practical experience. The course prepares well for the studies s the academic results is always good which will make graduates well equipped for jobs. Some sections of the course should be updated to meet the latest technology more guests lectures and internships should be provided to the students. The exam clustering of multiple exams should be within times which releases unnecessary stress the exams are conducted easy to insane which is very challenging for the students.

Iam pursuing my graduation in human resources and management from dispur college with an minimum fees of yearly 9000(approx). The college provides various education to poor student's also it includes various excursion on every semester moreover the admission is done regarding the merit list which comes out on the basis of caste and percentage too in your last examination which you have performed. The fee's structure's varies from person to person annual income say basically those who have BPL there fees might be vary from those who have APL also it provides some of the scholarship regarding the marks of the semester exam.

The campus hosts several programs every year firstly from the starting month of January to February i.e. college week which is for ten days which includes cultural rally sports and cultural program and fresher's which is a welcome programme for the juniors which is held in the month of August and September which includes departmental program college program and other parties program which are heldi in college campus. The college library has a minimum 20000 to maximum 50000 to 60000. Text books and reference materials across different subjects. As our college has been upgrading it's infrastructure for the digitally setup in classroom. Facilities for major games such as cricket football badminton etc are available which is accessible to all the students also the college has a dynamic NCC wing

I had applied to 5 to 6 colleges and fortunately I had got my name in every college merit I choose this college i.e. dispur college because one of my family member has already taken admission in this college also my friends have been saying that the college got accredited grade 'A' by NAAC and it also listed for CUET as it also comes under the guwahati university.and also our former HoD has been declared as the fellowship of commerce. No I didn't got any rejection from other colleges in which I had applied for. The admission process of dispur college is based on merit list the minimum eligibility is every student passed 12 within minimum 50% .

The Head of the department, the educators specialized in various sub-disciplines of Human resources and management, ensuring a better learning experience for the students. I like Dr Kumud ch Nath because he teaches us very friendly and give help financially to the students who can't afford his fees. There's is no teacher that I don't like about we are very grateful for the teachers in our department the exam conducted per semester i.e. in every six months in which sessional exam is conducted as a unit test which is for 30 marks and the final exam is conducted for 80 marks and rest is taken from the sessional exam.

The college has got its free offers for the gymnasium facilites for the students of the College the Library remains open till 4 o clock in the evening. The Hostel timing is same for both the boys hostel and girls hostel also it offers a good maintenance for the students the foods it offers are very good and hygiene. There's a lot of hanging places nearby the college campus the restaurant an different shops are available for the students to go and hangout for the students.
