Likes

Very first thing i like about my college is that they have all the equipment which are needed for study as well as gamming purpose
And the 2nd comes to the faculty they are really good and experienced teachers
They conduct many events in seeing alround devolopment of students

Dislikes

College colour and infrastructure is little bit low
Canteen has very fee options to eat drink ect ect

Course Curriculum Overview

My course has many opportunities to do after i graduate in coumpter field it helps us in developing in skills that we need in future to do jobs they also take care about speaking skills and all over development of the students

Class Size: 27Course Fees: INR 12700 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid 12700rs on admission day and they said this fee is for whole year But the actual fee is 48000rs i get scholarship from my government so they said me to pay only 12700rs A part from this they charged 500 for hall ticket thats it until now i have not paid any extra And i think the money i am paying is really worth because the satff are really good they even explain very small doughts too

Campus Life

When i have joind they did freshers so they kept the name of the event like Aaramb and also they do many other programs like holi festival annualday farewell ,freshers flashmob cultural events debet quizzes

Admission

I choose this college because many people have suggested to join in this and they are right because such a wonderful college it is it has everything like labs ,gamming equipment, cultural programms, flash mobs

Faculty

The faculty in our college is very good they explain everything deeply and nicely evem if we have small small dought they explain it very well and also they are very friendly to us we have 2 internals and one practicals and semister for one semister exam

Night Life

College night life is very good because it is very near to tank bund which is located in hyderabad which is a best tourists sport and there also have many parks to be chill and spend time with friends

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is not the best i would say There are many flaws in it Although the say the syllabus keeps changing but the changes are not that much The teaching method is also old school methods U can expect an exam every 1.5 months The difficulty is also high

Thinking Beyond Academics and Placements , life at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years,student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Placement Experience:

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.
