"AV champs"

The government provides an year calendar to every college in the state for exams wihch contains everything about the exams information. The course i have choosen becasuse I am interested in learning computer and develop skills for my professional growth. To achieve my goals I took AV college for developing my skills but the college is not as expected to me. It doesnt provides and internships and placements . Over all the theoritical teaching is good in the college but their is lack of practical knowledge and also they should update the computer labs and digital teaching.

The college fee for all bachelors degree are same for all courses and it is fixed for every year.The total fees per year is Rs.25000/- which includes Tuition fees, Exams fees, Registration fees and others. During Admission the college asks to pay the complete 1st year fee and then get admission. The college also provide scholarship for every student from all castes like (EBC,OBC,SC,ST) etc.The only charge they took is during admissions for the admission form which costs Rs.200/-. The scholarships is provided by the government and it's according to different caste categories. One of my friends is belongs to SC and he gets an amount of around Rs 15000/- per year and then I get Rs 10000/- per year as i come sfrom EBC category.There is also some others scholarships are available for students like merit scholarship.

Av college is famous for its campus and sports and most important for a students are events, it provides many events in the college from Freshers party to Annual day celebrations and many cultural events which helps the students to gain knowledge and growth. The college also has a huge library specially for the students wchich gives books to them.

I can say that AV college has the best campus in Hyderabad compare to others colleges , when i visit it for the first time i was so impressed for the culture and events about the college and the other thing i liked is the admission process. The only issue in college is placements becasue it is the most important thing for a student. Overe all Av college is best in other things when compare with other colleges

So I'm an Bcom computer application student and from my perspective overall the teaching of staff is pretty good majority of teachers helps students when required except some. In the first year the lecturers were very good and helping specially Buchireddy sir (HOD of commerce department) and perhaps he was like a favourite teacher to students.After completing first year teachers also changed due to different subjects and they also didn't take classes regularly and when someone asks doubts they avoid them by making excuses.Due to this many students also started learning from youtube or other books insteading of asking to the staff.So basically, there are 2 semester exams per year which is conducted by the government of telangana by giving centers to students and each semester contains 2 internal exmas which is conducted by the college itself. The internal exmas contains 20 marks which is conducted in online process.It is mandatory for giving semester exams. Eventually students struggle a lot during semesters and many of them fail to clear all subjects. Around 40 to 50% of students gets backlog specially the second and third year students.
