As I choosen accounts after class 10th and as I m pursuing c.a rightnow it's is my dream to become c.a that's why I chose b.com to pursue c.a later. I m trained enough now to apply for any banking sector jobs I can give a suggestion that is to chose a stream u dreamt for don't go for any one decisions. As I said earlier every sem occurs in 6months and u should clear every sem in one go.

Fees and Financial Aid

I completed my graduation from Bhawanipur educational society college (besc). My cource was b.com hons. My college total package was 1.5lacs there were total 6semesters per sem 50,000 fees My tution fees was not atall costly it's affordable as I just needed special tution classes for my hons practical papers only nd rest I used to read at home on my own as it's was theory based. The registation fees was at that time 750. And admission fees was 50,000

Campus Life

5

There is a very famous festival in our college that is umang famous in all over Kolkata as celebs visits during umang every year and celebs even visit for movie promotions. Almost every kind of books available in our college library. Our class room is surrounded by c.c TVs and teacher teaches us in digital gagets Our college offers intra college football tournaments and other indoor games like chess, table tennis etc

Admission

I applied other colleges also before applying here bt as my accounts marks was not upto the mark it reduced my all total percentage that's y I didn't get chances in well renewed govt colleges like South city college, goenka and other colleges seat was full that's why I had this option which was a good opportunity as well l.My college ranks 4th position in one of the famous college to do grads in b.com hons. There is no such exam to get admission in my college only u have to full a application.

Faculty

5

The faculties are quite impressive. The seniors are quite helpful And there is no ragging or racism in college premises it's very friendly environment My favourite was my accounts teacher and library mam I didn't liked my games teacher she was rude and bad There were 6semesters all total in 3years every sem occurs in 6 months and it's difficult as it's specialization in accounts and finance mainly the hons papers. If u fail to clear any sem u can apply for it to clear again after 6 months again to clear it.

Night Life

5

As our college is located in proper Kolkata city it is surrounded by shopping malls like forum mall and cafes and even gyms My timing was in evening 5 to 9 Tantra, bestro cafe and forum mall.yes it's absolutely safe to roam during nights as it's busy road always

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is of course outdated. Teaching methods are old. No case studies, competitions or project of any sort is there in the curriculum. Although a project of 100 marks is there in the final sem, but I don't think that's enough. There is no practicality in the curriculum and usability in career. The syllabus really needs an uplifment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is average , I chose this course because I wanted to do an honours degree and I'm from commerce background so my first pick was B.Com . They really put efforts to prepare students for well future , as I said earlier some teachers are genuinely very good helpful supporting and good at what they do . Something they need to approve is the 70% attendance criteria, I think they need to understand not every student is just persuing graduation they are doing some other courses or jobs etc so they can't maintain 70% attendance . The frequency of timing is average

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum is Comprehensive, focused equally on Academics and Practical Exposure.. I chose because of that extra year of research I can choose to do in my final year (4th year) of graduation and I'll have an Hons. Degree at the end of 4th year of my college... Practical insights makes sure we are being trained to tackle practical world and academic knowledge ensures we are eligible to apply for further Education.. I will say more focus on Practical Exposure and a little extra focus on Sports May Take This Curriculum to a different level..
