- Faculties are cooperative and help students whenever required

- The area around the college campus is not clean
- Classes and labs dont have ACs it gets hot during summer

Course Curriculum Overview
This curriculum is very much industry focused and enhance the skill to work in pharmaceutical industry It can prepare a student industry ready, and students can get a job right after graduation There is too many basic 11 and 12 class topucs taught in 1st year, which is not necessary. Per semester, There are 3 internal theory exams, out of which 2 are mandatory 1 external and 1 internal practical exam 1 semester ending final theory exam Internal exams are easy, final and external exams are tough
Internships Opportunities
I have not done internship yet. But I think companies located in the state select students. Industrial Training is mandatory for B.Pharm students, so students get to work at yhese companies. I am not sure about the stipend as well.
Placement Experience
4th year students are eligible for placement. I don't know the names of the companies buy multiple pharmaceutical companies visit. Starting salary is about 2.5 Lpa I want to pursue masterß after this
Fees and Financial Aid
Total fees is about 668000 100000 during admission (covers 1st semester ) 80000 for rest of 7 semesters. Scholarships like SVMCM is available, students get about 50000 per semester. Students can also available Student Credit Card for loans.
Campus Life
JIS Samman fest happens around March. Sports events keep happening time to time. Freshers parties are also conducted. The library has almost all relevant books and some journals. Almost all classrooms have projectors and some have smartboards. I am not sure about the clubs, but there are a few.
Admission
I applied to GNIPST in Sodepur, but there were no seats available. Students can get admission in B.Pharm at JIS UNIVERSITY with WBJEE or AMPAI exams. I got here with AMPAI. Direct admission is available, but donations are required, about 3 lakhs.
Faculty
The ratio is about 1:10 I like Victor Sir very much, he is such a relaxed and approachable person. I don't like Samir sir, he is too strict of a professor, even though he is great at teaching. There are 3 internal theory exams per semester out of which 2 are mandatory, And then there is 1 internal and 1 xternal practical exam And finally there is semester ending theory exam
Night Life
There's not gym building but tgere are few equipments near playground Canteen is there, where both non veg and veg is available. Food is affordable here, cheaper than outside hotels. There are small cafés and hotels around the campus
