So I am a political science student from this college. The curriculum was very nice I will choose political science honours because I have to prepare for government examination like UPSC and other govt exams which have many beneficial role of polity and cover very important part of there syllabus.so if you plan to prepare for government examination you also choose political science as your graduation subjects it helps you very much. In our college final examination held in every 6 month then you will go to next semester. Before final examination there is also interna examination happened and you have to make assignments also.and there marks also included in you final result. The exams are not much easy not so difficult there is moderate level examination which you can score well also. I am also the topper of my political science department. The teachers teaching methods are also good and they can teach in bengali and english both languages which you understand the most.they are very friendly and helpful.

There is semester wise fees structure in every 6 month when admission for another semester takes place. On an average 4000 rupees Wil be paid on every semester admission and we have to pay the registration fees and examination fees separately around 500 to 600. this is a govt college under West Bengal state university and also provide various scholarships for eligible candidates, like NSP merit cum means etc.

In our college there is many celebrations happened, like welcome party for new admission students, fairwell parties for old students who will complete there degrees, and also price distribution of various departmental and college toppers of this college in various fields.there is also various types of seminars happened in various departments. This college also host various sports and NCC etc. there is a student union club also which provides help to new students. There is various types of social gatherings and rallies also occurred for societal services. There library was very good and you can find most of the books and journals which you need for your academics and other purposes. So all over quality is nice.

I' will not apply any other colleges other than this because this college is very nearest for me I will also not apply any other colleges because they are also very similar curriculum like this college. I secured 76%marks in 12th board examination so that I have not done any much hardwork for addmission in this college. There not so much cutoff needed for admission.when you are qualified 12th board examination with a minimum 40% or 45% marks you can also apply and get admission in this college but you have to apply before seat gets filled.

The faculties and teachers are very good and they provide any help when you need they're very generous and kind. So I am a political science honours student and my teachers are very ossum they provide us notes also and they are very cooperative with students. So there are semester wise examination.when i studied in this college then ar that time there is 3 years honours courses so I have 6 semester's. But at UGC guidline now there is 4 years honours courses which provides 8 semester. The course curriculum was very relevant because it's a govt college under West Bengal state university there is many scope after completion of the degree. But there is only two languages which you can write the exams which are bengali and english. Because many students come from there regional languages like hindi , Urdu, etc they face many problems for language issue that's why they failed in one or two subjects but there is very good chance of qualification because you can give that exam along with another semester and pass them.its totally upon you how you study.

In our college there is inner canteen also which provides good quality of various types of foods. The college was nearest to the naihatti station so that area of the college and around the college was quite safe for night also . The college didn't provide hostels so you have to book room around the college for yourself. The gym, cafeterias, library and public areas open till the college off.
