Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is relevant and upto date and it covers everything about the course. I cant comment on this much as i dont really know the full extent of the curriculum and whatever i have said is based on what i know uptill now

Internships Opportunities

2

I sont know much about their internships as it has not been told but i have heard from the seniors say that the college doesnt provide much internships and that we have to look fro internships ourselves

Placement Experience

3

I dont know much about the placements as its all hearsay but from what i know the placements start from the 5th or 6th sem and most students get placements though it might not be a good package And some exceptional students might get a decent package

Fees and Financial Aid

The Annual Fees-125000 The Tuition Fees-115000 The Registration Fees-10000 Fees are almost same for everyone including management and it only differs due to different percent of scholarships for each person

Campus Life

1

The campus life is pretty dull and there arent much events and even if there are it isnt as good compared to other colleges and the infrastructure is also not as good as most of it is still under construction and there clubs but its not given much importance

Hostel Facilities

3

The hostel facility is pretty good but as it is a new building and accomadations are also good but the food is really average . The hostel prices start from 145000 including both food and stay and this amount cany cary depending on if you chose and ac room and if it was 3,4 or 6 sharing

Admission

I chose this college as it has a good ranking and because of the affordability of the course this college was my first option and i had applied to other colleges incase i didnt get admission. The admission process consists of taking the extrance exam srmjeee and clearing the cutoff. After which u can give ur course of choice amd check if you are eligible or not

Faculty

3

The faculties can be both good and badin terms of teaching, the faculty to student ratio is good. The faculty student relationships depend on the faculty and almost all of them are easily approachble, there are not any particular faculties i like and dislike. There are 2 internal exams which will be converted to 15 each and be added to the total internal of 60 for a subject. And then there is a semster exam out 75 which will be converted to 40 and will be finally be totaled to a 100 marks

Night Life

1

There is literally no nightlife as we have to be inside the hostel by 8 and everything closes by 8. The boys has to be in by 8 while girls has to be in by 7 and there arent any famous spots in our college

From the 6th sem students become eligible for campus placement. Capgemini,Wibro, TCS.... these kind of companies come for a campus placement. Almost 70% of students got placement in TCS, Capgemini. Students who have 60% with no standing arrears are going to attend the placement. I got a campus placement in 2020 after corona I joined that company.

Placement Experience:

Placement is excellent. From the third year itself, you will be getting ready for your placements by preparing the resume and placement coordinators will practice you by a model interview, this will give you an idea of presenting yourself and also they will provide the feedback on your performance to improve your skills. In my IT department, Half of them got placed, some entrepreneurs, some pursuing higher studies in abroad (US, France, Australia, London). Generally, 7.5 CGPA and above with nil number of arrears allowed for all placements. but some companies will mention the eligibility criteria for the job role. Maximum companies will not allow more than 2 arrears but if the company says arrears, not an issue you will be allowed for the drive. 3 rounds: 1. Aptitude- to check the mathematical skills 2. Group Discussion- To check the communication skills 3. Technical round/personal interview- To check your technical skills like coding(dept wise) and your personality. The resume speaks the most.

I did not chose this college. It was my father's decision to get my admission in this college because my relatives also got graduated from this college. The college is good and the fees is affordable.
