Remarks

College managements was supportive and good on there part, i dont experienced any bad thing,it was totally fine.

Entrance Preview

This college falls under delhi university and there is no entrance examination for ba bsc honors courses, applicant needs to fill omr form and then needs to wait for cutoffs i got admission at aggregate of 72% in best four subjects, i choose this college because of best faculty and connectivity through delhi metro and dtc buses.

Internships Opportunities

No experience as i had not join any internship but there were internships always available, be it an ngo internships or other educational internships there exists many other options.

Placement Experience

3

Placement and job opportunity is really good as it is a delhi university college so it is worthful studying here, i got a job at private company 6 lakhs per annum after completing my graduation from here.

College Events

3.5

There are drama societies, cultural societies and many other events are organised throughout the year, also there are delhi university fests celebrated every year in the month of february.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is feasible, it costs 6k to 8k for BA, B.Sc, B.Con no B.Tech and BBE course options available here, fee is really low as compared to other private institutions, this is a delhi university college so it is financed by government and therefore it doesn't cost too much, fee is affordable even by lower middle class families.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not availed any scholarship but there is an option for 100% fee back scholarship for poor students, a form needs to be filled for applying to this scholarship after confirmation from principal scholarship amount credited to the bank account or paid through check.

Campus Life

3

Campus life was simply awesome, i feel proud to b a passout from this college, there is sports facility as various tournaments of cricket, volleyball and other sports organisd here, sport day is also celebrted every year in which we can take part and show our sports talent, elections are also done every year, any student can stand up in elections for college level as well as university level talking about parties there is no college in delhi university that dont party, seriously if u get admission in a delhi university college u will feel awesome spending your graduating years chilling out in parties, concerts etc.

Hostel Facilities

2

No hostel facility but pg could be found easily nearby college, average rent for 1bhk pg is around 3k to 4k a month.

Alumni/Alumna

Senios were goodthey helped me throughout my college life and there is zero ragging in campus, i got notes from my senior students, they also helped me during my exams, they were friendly and kind in nature and supportive to i also had friendships with many of my seniors and the teachers were also very supportive, there were trips organised by seniors to nainital and manali, i thoroughly enjoyed spending times with my seniors and teachers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

British classics, Indian writing, postcolonial literature builds a strong foundation in literary analysis, critical thinking, and interpretation, which are useful skills. As for comprehensiveness, the curriculum is quite broad. It covers multiple literary periods, genres, and critical theories over the three years, so you’re not really missing out on the essentials. In that sense, it feels academically complete. But sometimes, it leans more towards breadth over depth you move quickly from one topic to another.

Placement Experience:

There's a placement cell and placement drives do happen in college but genuinely the package offered is not really considerable. After the 4th semester students are considered to sit in the placement drives though I would say it is not very efficient and fruitful.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

The curriculum was overall good and being a economics honours courses it was challenging at times. The course offers many things for students interms of their further academic pursuits or any placement they are looking for. Talking about the areas of improvement and teaching methods there are none. The exams of the respective subject are to happen. They take test 1 , test 2 and there is final exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.
