I secured more than enough percentage to get the college of my liking, Fergusson College was always my first choice, although I had applied for other colleges such as Modern College, MIT University, etc. I chose FC due to its reputation and future prospects. 2.No, I was not rejected. 3. The admission is not that hard . You get the admission in the Undergraduate courses on the basis of your percentage in 12th class. The cutoff is high for general category that requires you to score for 94% and above , whereas it is bit relaxed for special category that needs 85% and above....Read More

I had heard a lot about Fergusson College in my school time, somewhere deep down I had always wished to come here and study also i did my bachelors from the same college so it was obvious for me to choose this place . Also FC has amazing faculty members which made me choose it. I gave the entrance test on an online platform for my masters course got second in the list and went straight for the admission process within a week after results were out. I had applied to Modern College as well and got my admission confirmed also but because i got into FC I did not do any further process for modern college. The admission process goes smooth , once the results are out we are called to the college for document verification and regitrations, then fee payment and college starts. I applied to Fergusson college along with few others including modern, and university. The reputation of college in academics influenced my decision to get admitted in the college.
