- First of all the campuses under construction so all the time construction noice come .
- The engagement in the campus is very good, seniors are very cooperative and all the time in the campus there must be some event on going
- Faculties are top notch they are from either IIT or NIT or any other big institute . Mentals always help you by their best. Placement facility is provided for each and every student to get their Best package buildings are good infrastructure .
Dislikes
- The buildings are under constructions workers are all around us
- The food in the canteen is too expensive
Course Curriculum Overview
From the technical skills to the soft skills college curriculum is focusing on each and everything be teachers for the real word applications and practicals are made to student make industry ready. Some subjects like maths and physics chemistry is not needed in the first year but they are being taught. Exams are taken just after a month of admission that hectic
Internships Opportunities
Internship provided but as per as your skills. From first year onwards it is given but you have to be skilled. But the main issue is that after internship it is not sure to get PPO. and if you will not get it then college can't help you .
Placement Experience
Placements are very good at VIT as the placements are centralised so all vit campus are together . highest package is 1.03 cr and average is 8 lpa.84% is placed.my plan to work on startup . college provides almost all the companies like google microsoft BlackRock too. So placement is very good .
Fees and Financial Aid
I have paid around 191000 this year and from the next year onwards 189000 . All the fees are combined and no changes as per quota , yes management quota fees is far more Fees depends upon the category if it's cat 1,2,3,4,5 Only star students get full SCHOLERSHIP and msc students some bcom students get it too.
Campus Life
College is having very good environment like best campus life and on social groups their VITCARE FOR mental health also having 120+ clubs and chapters. They continuously make new new events also VITOPIA , greatest fest in VIT. On average every month a technical and many non technical fest happens .books are limited but journals are top notch. Sports are very good . Classes are good but don't have ac .
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is good but costly. Meals are good and having variety in it . Menu is very good and it changes then registration is like based on CGPA and common rank . But huge difference in fees of ac room and non AC room . From 15 sharing to 2 sharing all kind of rooms are available. From 108000 to 189000 fees varies .
Admission
I choose this college because just college give me VIT tag WHICH IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT, VIT IS A BIG BRAND AFTER BITS AND IIT. You have to give VITEEE exam then counselling will happen and then you can get any college from vellore AP Chennai and Bhopal over admission experience was very good everything was on the time.
Faculty
Faculty to Student ratio is like 1:10. Faculties are very good and approachable the best faculty I have ever found is Girish Kumar and he is always approachable.he teach us by practicals. I like almost all the faculties there is no such faculty who I don't like. They are three exams cat 1 cat 2 Fat. In cat 1 and cat 2 there is no passing marks but in fat there is a passing marks of 40%. Course curriculum is totally relevant to industrial norms.
Night Life
There is a night canteen from 10:30 to 11:30 . otherwise no night time . It's now allowed to go outside. Gym timing is till 7:30 and library timing is also same . Hostel in time is 8:30. Famous spots are maggi point and food street and swagtam.
