my experience at iiit sricity

the curriculum i have been in the college is cse .the curriculum designed is very good and are applicable for current life job approaching purposes like theory of computation , databse management ,operating systems and many other subjects which are playing a major role in day to day life currently.i have choosed this because i am interested in this and are good for placements .

many companies provide internshipsnat the college based upon skills . some of them are amazon ,atlassian ,paypal etc...front end devveloper , backend and ai data analyst etc.. we do projects like BTP and honors which is mandatory in our college .we have to take an interesting topic and do project under guidance of respective faculty

from 6th semester i.e 3rd year second semester the students are eligible for placements in campus.many top companies have visited our college like amazon, swiggy , zomato etc.. atleast half od the students from a batch have been placed from the campus itself with varying packages depending on talent and skills . highest offer is 1.2cr and average is 18lakh. nearly 80% are placed in every batch

fee of my college per annum i.e per two semesters is 417000. 170000 is for tution fees and 42000 is other fees including mess and hostel facility per semester .some other small fees like caution deposit and medical maintanence are included in the starting year .for every person fee is same irrespective of category . A student can get a scholarships like NSP , State scholarships for students according to their respective states .

the annual cultural fest is abhisarga and is conducted on different themes every year .technical fest is utkristha which bring many hackathons and many other competitive games including technical and other . many participate and some learn mistakes and some win prizes in some of the events cconducted.there are vast number of books in the library having all topic related .classrooms are excellently well infrastructured with advanced technology and very spacious and good for studying .we do have spectra for sports conducted per year and we will have teams for every game and sports competiting in inter iiit events.many clubs are there in the college depending on every interst of current life and that are required for a student

in the room they have provided beds , an almirah, study chair and study table . they have provided a two shaaring rooms for us currently . the mess is not up to the mark because the contarct will change some times and they will keep good at starting time , ending time and for some occasions . registration for hostel and others arre done before the semester itself for providing facilities .

i have applied many other colleges like vit , eamcet colleges in telangana , srm college and iiit hyderabad. i have cleared every examination and have a chace to get admission in every college that i have applied except in iiit hyderabad which i have cleared the examination but have lost in interview round . i have choosed this colleges over the other colleges that i have a chance to secure an admission because this is good at ranking among all those colleges and have good placements and faculty who are very experienced at subject teaching .i have got rejection only from iiit hyderabad in the interview round because i couldnt meet up the answers for their questions and that was my big mistake ever made. the admission process is to clear jee mains examination and secure percentiles according to their respective category . according to the students and performance among different shifts the cutoff is alloted . with josaa i have secured adimission in the college

the college faculty is very good as i mentioned in the earlier process. every professor have good knowledge in their respective fields that they have mastered and are teaching us .a teacher approaching ratio is some what less because students are more in the college . the examinations here are sometimes moderate and less times hard . maximum students can clear if they listen subjects and practise the subject .

we have very spacious campus and have greenery including some open spaces so that we can walk with our closed ones talking around . we have night canteens and food availlable for us in the midnight too . it is very good thing that i like and gym is opened in every time. petal park is very good and safe for hanging out at night
