Course Curriculum Overview

2

The teaching method is really very poor it's the student who has to work day and night for getting the effective result else college has given us nothing no scholarships no internship only the theory part was provided

Fees and Financial Aid

Our yearly fees was 85000 and in total it was 4,25000 for 5 years but with the passing of time it is increasing year after year and scholarships has been provided to us i would recommend this college to give more opportunities to the students

Campus Life

3

They used to conduct national moot court law fest every year but we rarely got a chance to participate in that we had very limited access to books and journals as there was a limited collection in the library but we also had sports meet every year and we also had a social club in the name of rotaract club of rayat college of law

Hostel Facilities

3

Rooms were very small and had common bathrooms which were not clean at all though registration process was easy its better to see a pg in ropar as there is br ambedkar chowk there are huge no of pgs there

Admission

I did not apply to any other college due to my family constraints but my target was to go in panjab university so i found out that it is an affiliation of this university so i opted for this there is no cut off in this college it's just you have to go and fill up the form.

Faculty

3

The faculty was no doubt very approachable they used to help going outside there professional capacity like we had Akashdeep sir, Ajitabh Sir, Balwinder maam they are some of the best faculty Monika maam being the principal lack expertise We used to have mid sems in oct and march and final sem in dec and may

Night Life

1

We had gym in the hostels we cannot got out after 6 pm the night life was zero in this campus we cannot hangout after 6 and after 10 in the hostel which was bit disturbing for all of us i would recommend never go for this hostel and mess food was worse

Placement Experience:

This is a little vulnerable part of our university as placements aren't it's biggest strenth. A batch size of 300 and only half of ir finds placements from RGNUL. Yes around 40 odd firms have inked deals with RGNUL but still getting the desired results in favour of placements will take some time.

Placement Experience:

Around 60% students only gets direct placements from our college as ratio I hope gets better because as a top tier NLU i still feel the placements are still not that great. I hope that by the time our time comes ratio is 100% because after the judgement of 3 years practice for judiciary, I think it is inevitable to have a job.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is good as there are many subjects which are important from the point of view and law like sociology and political science and we also have a new subject UNGP which allows the students to know about UN helping them in public international law and internatinal law understanding. The curriculum might not help everyone in real life but the environment you get there and surviving there surely hell one in real life The recommendation from me to do improvements is in checkinh as many students get few marks initially but after revaluation they increases
