Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very much improved. The curriculum requires us to learn about the basics and also acquire skills in examination. There are 3 internals and a university examination in the end. The course exposure of clinics is great.
Internships Opportunities
The internship is done in our medical college. We get adequate exposure to clinical scenarios both common and uncommon. We get exposure to clinical scenarios of different levels of care. Not only we would be capable if working in a group environment, we would be capable of managing a standalone scenario.
Fees and Financial Aid
This is the best discount any graduate can avail without the scholarship or reservation benefits. The year-wise fee for 2020 batch is 26,500. Initially during admission we had to pay nearly 31,000 including admission fee. We didnt had to pay any lab fee or managemenr donations. The scholarships available for students including E-grants and minority scholarship.
Campus Life
There is an annual arts festival in the college which lasts for nearly 2 weeks. The arts festival provides exposure to a wide variety of programs. The interbatch sports fest provides initial exposure to for new students to showcase their talents.
Hostel Facilities
The room has got a bed and a shelf to accomodate our materials. The materials could be stored below our beds too. The room is spacious and can easily accomodate 2 people. During room shortages 3 people could be comfy too. The allotment could be availed late but is the best option
Admission
This college has an amazing campus and has a great infrastructure. The facility for sports here is amazing. The indoor for basketball and badminton is something that many other medical colleges in Kerala don't have. The importance they give for sports and arts is amazinh
Faculty
The faculties are numerous and they are enough to look after all students. Yearly there is an admission of 175 students. The students will be divided into units of 6 or 7 to ease learning. The clinical exposure along with faculty expertise is an amazing experience
Night Life
The campus has got gym with enough equipments and meets the average requirement of students. The gym will be open upto 9 pm. It'll be closed on second saturdays and sundays. The college has got a gather spot called triangle and a park called Jibeesh park. The cafe is near casualty and a walking distance of 10 mins from hostel compounds
