Course Curriculum Overview

As our college is under VTU the academic curriculum will be based on the VTU board and it is made in such a way that the students must participate in all the activities like sports,culturals , mini projects etc by making them a part of the academics and marks will be given to each of these . However our college is planning to make a drastic change in the curriculum by making our college autonomous, which helps the college management to focus more on the quality of the education and students welfare

Internships Opportunities

College expose us to the many intership opportunities form the first semester itself but it will be left to us butvin the higher semesters internship become a compulsory thing so that every student will attend the internship

Placement Experience

Form 6th semester itself the placement training will be started without any extra fee , the training will be given by the professionals in that particular field so that we can be ready for all kind of situations.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got this college via Kcet conducted in Karnataka. As my rank was good I got SNQ( Super Numery Quota) by which my fee was reduced to 32000 from 104000. Additional fees will be based on the category and mode of addmission. For me it was just 5000

Campus Life

In our college every month there will be some cultural activities to relieve the students from the academic stress and to explore the hidden talents of the many students. There are many clubs in our college like cultural club , sports club, coding club etc ,..and I am the member of the coding club

Hostel Facilities

When compared to other colleges and the rooms in this area , the hostel fee is very very less , the rooms in the hostel are 3 sharing with extra space , an attached bathroom, studytable , chair , cupboard and a cot with bed for each student

Hostel Fee: INR 30000 per year

Admission

I didn't applied for any other colleges because I knew about this college before, and I knew that this college will be providing me the space I needed to implement my idea with full support. And I can learn more things rather than academics.

There are many faculties in our college based on each branch as per my branch all teachers are very friendly, supportive and encouraging. They are always ready to help us and they make sure to push us beyond our limits in a positive way , all teachers are very talented

Engineering in the Silicon valley

Placement Experience:

The placement cell at my collage is quite active with students becoming eleigable for campus placements from the 6th or 7th sem given our location in Bangalore , the collage attracts a vide range of companies particularly from the IT and semiconductor sector. Percentage of students getting placements are 60 % companies visited are Wipro , TCS , MIcrosoft etc

In UVCE placement rate is almost good but we need more effort on self study . Most of the students works in internship in 7 or 8 th sem it means before graduation then they will got good placements. Placement Experience:

The overall placements of BMSIT is good. The average placement percentage is approximately 75-80%. There is a seperate Placement cell in BMSIT which helps in career options and also provide regular skill training programmes according to industry requirements. The average package in BMSIT is 6-9lpa and i have seen maximum of 22 lpa of a CS guy placed in Phonepay In our (civil) branch the average package is 4.5 lpa and placement percentage is 80%. If you not wish to go for jobs and have an idea to start a business, there is a inovation cell which supports for your buniness ideas. It also provides various online and offline platfroms to expose your ideas and helps getting funds is your ideas is really good.

Worst curriculum in Don Bosco institute of technology at first time joing they said that they will only give to choose whichever subject you study by opting but no all that is pre decided no one asks whether you are interested or not just college give the name of the subjects that you have to study thats it. Placement Experience:

They provide placements from top companies like google,amazon, Microsoft etc with good package . There starting package is around 4.5 LPA to highest package of 25LPA. The students from 5th semester are eligible for the placements .and also if they miss there they have over in 7th sem from the companies like google ,amazon, Infosys ,tcs, zoho .they companies like google offered 25LPA for fresher with the expected skill they needed in the final year also Microsoft proveded instenship for the studends and amazon also paid an LPA of 15 for a 5 sem student with the skill of artificial intelligence . Our college provide placements for more than 95%students only the students with back log miss for this i also prefer for placeing through our college which can provide me a job with relavent skill

Placement in nitk is one of the best , here about 95% of people are getting placed , as a mining engineer also previous year in 2023 about 97% of mining people get placed, many of the people go for non cores like SDE, analytics... etc .. previous year one people from mining cracked 1 cr package from off-campus and off campus also 22 lpa is the highest placement from mining, mainly companies that allow mining people are jio,axis bank,axiphyl,accenture,spinklr India, HSBC...etc MY plans for placements are like i am interested in coding things so i will go in some software companies and i know NITK is gone a Support me for this.

Unlocking Excellence

I had applied to cambridge college of engineering. But i got admitted to Vemana institute of technology. icjoose this college over other because of the college environment which was very disciplined. No i did not get rejected.There i did not like the college environment. Based on CET results the seats will be alloted first and then for managemnt seats. I applied for jyothi institute of technology and srm university but i choose over for this college i just wrote kcet but i did not get for good college so i just went to the three college due to fees and the course i need i got it in vemman so i prefered for it and joined i did not get the course i excepted from other college so i went for these college cometk,kcet, jee are accepted but they provide relavent course for that only that course would be provided. If at all scored less they have mangment seat which is of some cost or else through counseling they might opt for the college the admission process is offline only.
