Likes

the faculty is good with skilled teachers and extensive teaching experience
the facilities and equipments are good with access to everything
the faculty actually pay attention to the mental health of students and make sure we’re comfortable at any aspects

Dislikes

the campus is very small with only two buildings
the peer is not that great or at least according to my liking. there are good people tho
there is no wifi access in the campus. given that majority of the students are budding software developers it is a basic necessity

the curriculum is very much relevant to the course. it covers a lot of subjects that is wide and enables us to have a broad range of domain specific picks to do. it provides you with more experience in every domain so that it is helpful with internships and masters.

Campus Life

the college did hold a few tech events like hackathon, web developing, during the start of 2024. there is wide range of collection of academic books for every single course in the campus which is very good hand books.

Admission

i really didn't have much choice but to go for this said college. i actually prepared very well for my KCET exams by joining a crash course for over a month and having studying in an integrated course in 11&12 grade.but unfortunately my father passed away during that time which led my mental health down and i couldn't give my best. the exams accepted for my course is through KCET and COMEDK. the students prefer kcet over comedk with the huge difference in tuition fee.

Faculty

the faculty to student ratio is just the right amount. there is not more or less of students for the teachers to pay enough attention to everyone.the faculty is quite friendly and open minded. as of now for my 3rd sem there are 8 subjects. data structure and operating system might fee of the subjects that students fail to clear.

Students are eligible for placements usually from 7 or 8th semester and many tech companies and core companies visit such as amazon,tcs,ibm, microsoft,google,amd etc The average package for my course is 6.5lpa and almost 90% of the students get placed I haven't decided on what to do after getting my degree

Placement Experience:

They fake a lot of their placements....now the bangalore campus currently has 40%placements but they fake the placement rates to make it look like its 80 or 90% which is sad...i heard that if u have really bad marks and couldnt get placed(a lot of ece and eee people, cause they will purposefully try to fail u so that u can apply for the couse again) they will make u sign a document were u agree u never sat for placements.

I had applied to other colleges like RNSIT and KSIT , but I myself cancelled the admission coz the colleges were to far and the images of the colleges were not as expected In our college ( CEC ) they take admissions through KCET , ComedK and Management.
