Remarks

The admin here always works properly and on time, the works for the students of masters especially are taken care. For the examination admit card the admin give a reminder call to the students who don't know about the same and the faculty here is too very supportive and helpful as well.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Courses and exams are just the way it used to happened during graduation having 2 semesters in a year and the internal exams making the 75+25 pattern. 75 marks for the theory part and the remaining 25 marks for the internal exams. There's no extra activities apart from exams and lectures.

Placement Experience

0.5

There's no such placement in the college and thus students don't get the career start which a student needs just after finishing the studies.

College Events

2.5

The college has a cultural fest every year and this festival always ends with a star night or DJ party. These fests generally take place in the month of Feb and march every year and in almost every college of Delhi University. This a fun loving event which generally has loads of competitions and cultural programs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the course is approx Rs. 8000 for the first year and in the second year it is around rs. 6000. Further to this, every semester we have to fill the examination form with 510 to 710 rupees depending on the subjects and the subjects you are opting for the retest.

Fees and Financial Aid

No! I've not applied for any such scholarships or educational loans or anything, but the college does have some scholarships to the students coming from the backward castes.

Campus Life

2

I had one of the best life experiences on the campus there, but I didn't like the canteen at all. The canteen isn't clean and the food doesn't taste so well. Apart from that everything, there is fine. The faculty and the administration are really helping the students and the fests every year gives a chance to get a groove. There's no inequality in the college for students as well as the faculty whereas the campus has a lot of diversity giving different views and knowledge to the students there.

Alumni/Alumna

There's no such role of alumni for the purpose of education or knowledge giving. There's no interaction with the same.

Admission

As I had completed my graduation in political science, it was very important for me to have a post graduation degree in the same subject, for further, deeper knowledge and that's why I choose to have it from the same university from which I had my graduation i.e university of Delhi and thus, filled the entry form for the same and through it got the admission in 2017. After entrance exams, a merit list took place in which the colleges were allotted with the respective names and after the merit list, there is 3 days verification an admission process.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty of the college is really helping, you can ask them anything related to the course, anytime. They have efficient knowledge about the subjects and are always ready for help. They encourage every student and always tried to get them the best out of the best.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well designed by the renowned professors and faculty members from different universities in India and from abroad as well. The content was choosen keeping in mind to cover all the aspects of the specific subject for a pg student. As I mentioned before, the quality of study material was very good and helpful and very enough. But the pg thesis is missing from our course, due to which we were not able to do a research project. It appears to me after the completion of my first year that we can do our research under our given faculty but it wasn't mentioned in the course structure as it is mainly upto our faculties.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For the course i must say that this is something everyone needs to study about even if it's for just a part. We have ethics, moral, cultural relativism and etc. In our syllabus and it all really help to make our thinking rational, to see World from that point of view from where one can see the clarity. It's really necessary for improvement in personality and making good decision. I think there's need for making this course more practical like teaching, we can teach students about essentials of philosophy for there betterment of decision making from an early age.
