Course Curriculum Overview
GGDSD College Is One Of The Finest College For Commerce Students ( BBA, B.com) In Chandigarh. All The Necessary Subjects Are In The Curriculum Which Helps A Student Get Ready For The Real World. Practical Is Very Important To Understand And Some Teachers Need To Teach Students More Practically Which Will Help The Students To Understand Complex Terms More Easily. Teachers Should Teach Real World Case Studies And Scenarios To Teach Marketing, Finance Etc. Which Will Make Student Understand The Topics Easily But Overall I Felt The Degree Was Very Easy.
Placement Experience
From 5th Semester Students Are Eligible For Placements. Companies Like Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank And IBM. All The Placement Info Is On The Website Itself But The Requirement To Sit in Placements Is Atleast 75% Score In All Of The Sems Combined. My Score Was Not Above 75 So I'm Going For Off Campus Jobs.
Fees and Financial Aid
GGDSD Is The Best College For BBA, B.com Students And That Is Why It Has Slightly Higher Fees Than Other Colleges. The Fees Of Every Year Was Around Average 42000 Rupees and Admission Form Is 1200 Rupees Which You Have To Fill Every Year For 3 Years So Total Fees Of 3 Years For BBA Is Around 1.2 Lakhs. I Am Not Sure That There Is Any Scholarship Available.
Campus Life
There Are Countless Number Of Events. First Of All Virasat Then Every Department Has Its Own Festivals And Then Different Clubs Organize Many Functions. There Are More Than 10000+ Books In Library With All Genres. Every Classroom Has Smart Board And Projector. There Are Not Many Opportunities In Sports Here As There Is No Dedicated Ground For Practice And Teams Are Not Formed.

Eligibility For The Course Is An Individual Needs To Be 12th Pass To Enroll In This Course. you Can Find The Application Form And Fees On The GGDSD.com Site. Every Announcement Is Announced On The Website So You Can Check It Out. There Are Total Of 6 Sems And Every Sem Has MSTs And Then Final Exams. MSTs Are Conducted In Mid Sem And The Tests Are Average. Admission Process Is Very Smooth Everything Is Available On The College Website Itself So I Don't Think There Is Room For Improvement In This Process As It Is Very Smooth.
Faculty
All The Teachers Are Very Approachable And Are Very Helpful. Many Teachers Have Helped Me In My Assignments Personally And They Provide Valuable Insights Which Help Me In My Exams And Vivas. Teachers Try To Teach Things Practically So That Students Can Understand The Topic Of Study Easily And The Lectures Are Very Interactive.
