Remarks

The college is a pure veg college as the management is pure veg. Other than this there is no issue in the college. Nonveg substitutes can be found right outside the college gate which is open from 6 am in the morning to 1 am in the night.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The exam is a normal aptitude test which has math English and general aptitude section. The courses at flame are very interesting. In the first year, a student can do any course they wish to. We just need to meet a credit requirement. End of the first year is when we choose our majors and minors for the next two years. Options are vast and the faculty is great.

Placement Experience

4

College placements are great. Many companies come to campus and select students. Most PG students get placements. The general trend for most UG graduates is to either study further or work for a few years. We have to do an internship after our first year and second year as well.

College Events

5

A college is a fun-filled place with lots of activities. There are various clubs on campus. Many festivals are celebrated on campus. The community is very tightly bound with each other and celebrate everything together. Every two-three days something or the other is going on in the flame campus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees are 6.5 lakhs per Annum for 3 years. A student can choose to take a 4th-year diploma course if he or she wishes to. The 6.5 lakhs includes tuition, food, and accommodation. Other expenses on campus are probably good and other entertainment-related expenditures.

Fees and Financial Aid

I applied for a scholarship and got it. I got 1.5 lakhs concession a year. I got it due to my academic and extracurricular record.

Campus Life

5

Campus life is so much fun. You live with 10 people in a block. There is great diversity. There are 75% of girls in flame university. The gender ratio is very healthy. Extracurricular activities are given great importance in flame. Sport is a major part of our lives. A new sports complex will be open by 2020 which will be amazing.

Alumni/Alumna

The college is only 10 years old but the network is increasing every year. The alumni are strongly bound and have many events throughout the year.

Admission

I applied during my pre-board exams and gave the exam around February. It was a great experience. The admission process has 3 steps. The Exam, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. The entrance has all there steps on one day. It’s a good and inclusive process as if you do not do well on one step you can make up by doing well in some other step.

Faculty

4

The faculty at flame is top class. It is mandatory for the very professor to have a pad in flame. All professors are from esteemed colleges and have a great experience. The faculty is very helpful and is there with a student at all times to help them pave a good way towards a successful career.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are okay and mid. Don't expect higher packages like over 7 LPA; the highest was, I think, 6 LPA. Most are campus placements, and the companies coming in are mid-tier too. Not expecting much from here, though.

Placement Experience:

Placement cell is quite good. Students are eligible for placement in their last semester of course. There are many great companies that come like JP MORGAN, EY, KPMG. Average package of the college is 5-6 lacs but there are high packages according to the skills of the student. I'd like to go for master's after BMS. Different kind of roles are there for students to apply according to their interests in all the fields like finance, marketing, HR, consulting. There is training provided by the college for placemens and there is personal training for individual company interviews if required by students.

I am interested in the banking and finance since 11th because of my good accounts in this college I am able to learn the different aspects of banking and finance the college also held some mentoring about the course and career guidance. One thing I don't like is the test they took every time when one lesson got finish they took the test and us that any of the test will consider as internal and just before the exam they give so many projects and assignments and also tell us to complete the book then only they will give the internal marks and allow to write the external

Campus placements are done after the completion of the third year. Many companies come to the campus for the placement procedure. 85% of students get placed, and the remaining will always get placed out of the campus because a degree from NMIMS has a very huge value out in India.
