Course Curriculum Overview

Since the Evolution of the NEP 2020, the university has provided the students with various Subjects and it's variations with variety of languages. Thus helping the students to pursue their desirable subject according to their language.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 12500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is way minimum in nature and is pocket friendly. Though there are numerous number of scholarships for the students according to their criteria. There are numerous number of societies in the college like ncc, nss, and many others which motivates the students for their ambitions.

Campus Life

The campus of the Dyal Singh Evening College is overall good and best. The students, teachers as well as the Seniors are cooperative and interactive. If you guys ask about the sports, then I must say that sports and the extra curricular activities offered on the campus are neither good nor bad.

Admission

Like for example I was the first batch for the admission in DU through CUET. And it was the one of the best experience according to me. And I think cuet is one of the best mode and criteria for the admission in the University like Delhi University.

Faculty

Cooperative teachers with proper knowledge, Helpful and creative. They provide the proper details about the upcoming exams and thus motivates the students for their higher education. Overall the Professors are helpful in nature

The students can be eligible for campus placements from the thir year( 6th semester ). Companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG and other firms recruit for roles in consulting and data analytics. Approximately 30% of the students get placed.

USME DTU Economics Hons review

Placement Experience:

placement and internship fares are regularly conducted on campus where various companies which are mostly start-ups visit to recruit students for internships and entry level roles. Students become eligible for internships from the first year itself. placement opportunities are generally available after the completion of the full degree and only final year. Students are eligible to apply for full-time rules. last during our last internship and placement fair over 20 companies visited and recruited almost 150 candidates.There are no separate records distinguishing internship from placement.The highest package reported for economics honours is around 12 lakhs per annum and the average package is approximately five lakhs per annum.As per my future plans,I intend to pursue a masters degree after completing my undergraduate course.

DTU has a calming effect!

Placement Experience:

For USME, FMCG and Financial companies are the ones which are put in place. The only reason is that those are the companies where we can add value and placements of both courses of USME happens together and combined if I say around 75% students are placed. My plan though is to join GIPE after my graduation ends this year.

DTU USME is as good as it's engineering college.

Placement Experience:

DTU because East campus is more known for USME placements revolve around us. Now core companies of our sectors are the ones that deals with finance, insurance or stocks. So nearly 20-30 companies of that space or sector hires over 100 students of BAE every year.

Many companies come as ever since USME has been installed at the east campus the tie-ups with the brands happened before that. So we were etaught accordingly the war corporate wanted us and that is how this has been done with solid precision and thus our placements have never jolted.

There is a placement cell in Hansraj College which does provides placements of highest package around 25 lakh of last year and being median package around 7 lakhs, but this for selective courses like economics and BCom Honours and computer science Honours & few of mathematics honours while rest of the courses required to have different kind of skill sets can also go for placement depending up on the role that the companies bring to be hired for

DTU is Totally Worth Spending Time At!

Placement Experience:

Campus placements have been good from what I have noticed this year. BBA and BAE students get almost the same packages and same companies hire the students. Average package for BAE students is 5.5 Lakhs and for BBA it's a little high at 6 lakhs or so.

Our college has a very active and effective placement cell. Major companies like Goldman Sachs, Bain among many others come on campus for not just placements but also internships. Average and Median packages are between 8 and 10 lakh per annum, with highest packages going up to 25 lakhs. Many also go for postgraduate education, such as MBA after CAT, or to reputed colleges like the DSE for MA.
