MBBS or to be a doctor was one of my dreams...I love to be at service for the needy...Apart from theory knowledge according to the new CBME pattern of teaching to be a IMG by NMC is very significant since it helps to be empathetic towards the patient

I actually do not know any internship opportunities here...we can do post graduation and house surgeoncy here that is all i know about internship opportunities here...no projects and outcomes i know

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee is around 30000 per year...we can avail different scholarships like egrantz...No recent hikes are seen...apart from the fee we are paying .... we have to pay extra for buying logbooks and all...

Campus Life

Campus life is very calm and enjoyable...many programs are conducted by the union and other people which is a stress reliever for our hectic course.. Many events are taking place here atleas once a week

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is also fine....some find it difficult to adjust since too many people are there in the hostel and no sufficient number of rooms are there....and bathroom facilities are also kinda less

Admission

We should pass plus two board exams and should pass NEET ug exam...NEET is conducted once a year.It is out of 720 marks....It is one of the toughest exams at national level....We have to be science stream to appear for the exam

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is a pretty hard one i must say but the feeling of putting on a white coat and looking after patients is surreal and that's the main essence of the job. The curriculum is very vast but each subject is important in its own way. The exams are all conducted in such a way that there's enough time for us to prepare .

Pros and Cons of MBBS private college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The clinics in the college is extremely helpful and really very informative. It prepares is really well for the real world scenario, As we learn how to communicate well with the patients without hurting their feelings or intruding their privacy. Especially the new curriculum CBME involves a lot more patient-doctor interactions

Exploring Trivandrum Medical College - UG life

Admission in to the college is via All INDIA NEET exam which is held yearly . NEET exam difficulty level has been easy to moderate these years . So there have been large number of students with high marks thus having high cut offs . NTA has been conducting NEET exam over the years and application form its verifications fees all are done through NTA website . Eligibility for writing the NEET exam is getting passed the twelth grade on biology chemistry physics subjects . There is reservation for communities during the allotment process . Service and care to needed with selfcare

Eligibility of the course is Neet qualification along with a score of around 630 and above for getting into the college for my category OBC reservation benefit with category of Hindu Ezhava. Application process is first apply for Neet online and after result published there is selection for collection opting and after that there is allotment and it can be checked online. After that date for admission is given and after coming to the college they will provide application form, fees can be given directly. Timing if exam is once every 3 months and then final exam and is difficult to cover whole syllabus in study leave.To improve admission process college can provide more faculties to help students....Read More
