I liked chemistry very much so I decided to pursue a career in chemistry. It makes us know more about the subject it is purely chemistry oriented so if you like chemistry then this is great opportunity

I havent gone for any internships but I have heard from my seniors and some of my classmates has also gone if you are pursuing your degree in chemistry then you can vgo for internship in the rubber industry

Placement Experience

From your last semester you can apply for campus selections the companies often came are public sector banks like federal bank, south Indian Bank,and tech companies like TCS u can also apply out of campus

Fees and Financial Aid

It depends on the seat you get if you are allocated in merit seat then your semester fees is about 3000 and exam fees is varying in different semesters in my last semester it was about 1500 which includes lab and theory

Campus Life

There is arts and sports fest every year . moreover if you get price for any of the effects you will get grace marks.The class has good infrastructural facility like projectors and all it also has nss and ncc groups

Admission

After clearing your 12 examination you can join. You can join the college by allotment process which is available in the Mahatma Gandhi University official site. There is no specific examination allotment is based on your 12 th marks

Academic excellence in a beautiful campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

My favourite subject is biology. I have applied for zoology course but unfortunately there is no seats available at that time, so I chose Botany which is also my favourite. The curriculum is perfect and prepares for real world. More practical sessions are needed. Every 6 months there will be semester exam. Which is not that much tough.

From 6th semester, students are eligible for placements. Our college has the best placement cell in kerala. Around 30% students are placed each year in our college. Companies like federal bank, infopark invites students from our college for their interviews. I chose this coarse because i love geography. But it was not as same as i learnt in my higher secondary. But it also includes the continuation of +2 geography.The curriculum enables us for real world applications like Calculating time of different areas and the intensity of wind and weather symbols and also make us capable to identify types of rock. Actyally teaching method should be improved. Many interesting topics are turning into boring ones. They are conducting exams regularly to modify oru knowledge

It is basically a degree college where you can just take a degree. After the degree, I would like to pursue MSc at a well-deemed UNIVERSITY.

Im my time 2011-2014 only the female students had to wear the uniforms. At present uniform is mandatory. I think that was not equality at nobody considered it. No girl protested against that problem.

Can reach by Bus or train( a passenger train station is present in a walkable distance). Regular transport available. Close to town area. Renowned NCC sub unit. Produced many talents be it in Academics,sports or arts, To quote one indian international football players CK Vineeth and Shahal Abdul samad were students of Sree Narayana College Kannur. Faculty of physical education was awarded the best physical education faculty award in Kerala State. Has experienced faculties in almost every departments.

Bsc physics is a demanding course. Because after completion we can select a variety of pg courses. We can do professional courses like mca mba. or it provides a wide variety of pg courses like nuclear physics. quantumn physics. and if you are intetested in geology you can do geophysics. to study about universe you can do pg in astrophysics. The benefit is that if you do pg in reputed universities or any other universities on completion of your pg in physics you have the chance to be a part of INDIAN SPACE RESEARCH ORGANISATION as a junior scientist or DEFENCE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ORGANISATION or any other reputed institutes under the govt of india.

MY CAMPUS

I applied in Marian college, Kuttikkanam. But my 89 percentage mark didn't allow me to study there. Then I applied in kuriackose Elias college, Mannanam and now I'm studying there. My friend opt me this college. He is also studying there. I got admission through Mahatma Gandhi University website. And I got admission through merit and got seat. My 89 percentage for them was a very good mark. The course fees was also not very high. Most students don't study for model exam, but they are well prepared for the semester exams.
