Course Curriculum Overview

3

As of My interactions with students from different Institutes generally The curriculum doesn't matter. For getting right skill you have to prepare by yourself. But still - The curriculum of my institute is up to date It frequently changes and is very helpfull if studied properly. But here comes the point, Almost every teacher don't properly teaches (common in other universities also) nor many practicals happens. The only thing matters at the end is your score or CGPA that is important in your placement. Exams in our college happens every month like MST mid sem test ,there are 3 MST and one Final exam is every semester Out of 3 mst only 2 best is considered. Exam pattern is flexible but you just have to attend end sem properly like you cannot be absent in end sem It'll considered as failed. Their are via or practical exam but that are too useless.

Internships Opportunities

Company visit for Intership in 3rd year Barcalys: stiphen provided - 75K/month - For Software Engineer role Deushe bank - stiphen - 70k around - for analyst role Accenture - stiphen - 15k software engineers

Placement Experience

4

Overall our college have decent placments I say it is best placement college in north india with jee rank around - 30k-40k. Internship: At 3rd year about 3-4 company or banks visit our campus for Intership some of them provide good stiphen like 70k. Placemets: As my seniors says if you are above average or average Computer science or It student you will get CTC around 10lpa. And the higest package onCampus is 27LPa (CTC, base is 13L) and DB also provide nice package of 20LPA with base of 15L and It takes around 15 students from our batch .

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee Structure : 1st semester of year you have to pay aroud 44k that includes your tution fees 2nd semester of year you pay aroud 38k and you also pay 2500 as exam fee every semester Thus total fee is aroud 90k per year. TWF : If you have a good jee rank you can opt for TFW tution fee warior in that case you pay aroud half fee Scholarship: As of My knowledge if you are ST/SC you get some scholarchip i don't know about that but , if you are domacile of madhya pradesh (no matter you're generall or st/sc) you can apply for special scholarship - MMVY check it's eligibiligy on MMVY site. One more thing I like to mention That administration staff is too annoying in my college????

Campus Life

3

We have cental India biggest fest - AAKSHANK but it has not been organized after covid or since I entered college????. CLUBS: Though, You can still witness many social activities on regular basis depends on your interest Clubs we have - GDSC for developers ????, PRAYAS - acting, GUNJ - The music club????, E-cell - The main event organizing club, ISC- Sports club ????, and I am not sure but we also have robotics and mechanical clubs too. Infrastruture: 2star out of 5 but the infrastructure of main university (DAVV) campuse is 4 start out of 5, overall you can expect a govt. college like infrastructure but not like NITs or IITs

Admission

Eligibility: JEE main must be cleared with rank around : 30k-40k genral boys, 30k-50k genral girls, upto 150k for st and even higher rank for sc. You can also enter in college as Lateral entry if you have persued diploma. Note: I don't know more about it but there is a special kota for childrens of DAVV staff Application / Where to apply: you can only apply thorough MPDTE counsiling. There will be 2+1 round of MPDTE counsiling try to get your selected brach/college in first round. You'll get better info. about ranks on internet

Other Applied Colleges

Institute of Engineering and Technology, Devi Ahilya University - [IET -DAVV] | Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Computer Engineering)

The college is prominent in Madhya Pradesh and it was one of the best choice at the rank around 30k-50k. The college has decent placement opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If i talk about my specific aspect my brother recomment this college for me and as per of my jee scoure 47374 rank this what i get and i forget to apply for Internal branch change thats why this is how i end up . Curriculum is impressive but it good as in there imagination as its not good in real life. If they apply thing perfectly it really help in personal improvement and overall college performance. They should provide more clubs activity and practical soft skills activity as compare to there tight curriculum of constant memorizing courses I score a really good score not difficult that much and have no complain in frequency and timing but there is a story my IT course they faculty fails to complete my 2 units so in end sem i have to prepare it by my own in 10 days from scratch

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate it 6/10 because first year subjects and all are mostly unnecessary i guess. Its not required that much. There should be more focus on coding and problem solving in college which is often neglected.frequency and timing are fine of exams.

Yes that is true there is placements happened but average and low placement ratio there is because of students skills but for employability you can placed out of campus that is good option . After getting degree did mtech was good or other government like exam there was option and also out of campus placement with enough skill demand is a better option more than college placements

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate as comparatively less companies visits every year. Number of students for placements are more and companies visits are less that cause less placement ratio for on campus. Moreover upto the end of 8th semester almost 80% of students get placed both including on campus and off campus. My plan is to get a job after graduation.
