The course curriculum if good and the way they teach is also so good When it comes to faculty it is average and the way of teaching is also like ok ok Here the faculty just guide us and we should go through all the textbooks and relevant author books etc

We have campus placements and from our department we have an average package is ruppes 8 lakhs and we will have a highest package of 45 lakhs last year Most of the students who have good skills can easily get placed with highest package

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very simple in our college For the persons who got rank below 10000 will be eligible to study free of cost Fle the students who got rank above 10000 must have to pay a fee of ?50000 Shcolarships are provided only for the students with an annual income of 2 lakhs

Campus Life

The campus life is quite decent and it's also good We will have fests traditional events freshers parties Flashmobs etc every year When it comes to infrastructure and equipment provided it is also good and decent

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities are not so good And the washroom are not so hygienic the food they provide is good and when it comes to management it is really bad about girls hostels They don't clean properly and hygenicity is also not maintained

Hostel Fee: INR 5000 per year

Admission

The admission process in the college is quite simple and easier The admission process will be done in the college itself in the admission block The cutoff marks depends on the no.of people who wrote the exam and maximum marks We can easily get seated if we get a rank below 10k

The curriculum is not the best i would say There are many flaws in it Although the say the syllabus keeps changing but the changes are not that much The teaching method is also old school methods U can expect an exam every 1.5 months The difficulty is also high

Thinking Beyond Academics and Placements , life at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years,student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Placement Experience:

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.
