Likes
- Faculty is serious and pays proper attention to students and follow proper guidelines in order to teach any subject to students.
- College is also disciplined all the faculties are always on time for the lecture and they do miss any lecture
- The training and placement cell prepares the students in a way that is required by the interviewer so that students can face the placements properly.
Dislikes
- The timing difference between senior and junior restricts the interaction between them thus first year students are not able to take guidance from their seniors .
- There is no place or time for sports activities nor do they promote playing any kind of sports.
- The first year students are not allowed to take part in any clubs nor do they get to participate in many competitions .
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curiculum is deisgned by RGPV university and the college follow it . It is the best course currently offered by this institute that is why I chose this course and the faculty : student ratio is also decent . Some teachers are really knowledgable and teaches their subject in easy to understand manner .
Placement Experience
Studens become eligible for placements from 3rd year of the course that is from 6th semester. College invites variety of companies in order to provide various opportunities to its students. The training and placement cell also look after the placements of students . Recently 26 students were selected by Deustch bank for the role of Data Analyst at 20 LPA package and many more such placements are provided to students .
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees for this course is a bit high as compared to other institutions also every around 10% of fee hike is observed . Along with course fee students need to pay aroung 15000 for bus fee as well which is mandatory . There are no scholarships provided directly by the college however there is a scholarship department which let us know of any scholarship run by the government to be applied for.
Campus Life
Campus life in first year is not so good in regards to clubs and interaction because first year students are not allowed to join any clubs in first year and theie college timings are also differnt from senior which reduces the interaction between seniors and juniors . From second year more freedom is given to students they can join clubs , organize fests and take part in various competitions .
Admission
Admission to this college is done both on the basis of JEE rank as well as by directly visiting the college . DTE organizes the counselling to take admission in the courses offered by this college and on the basis of a students jee rank admission is done . The only drawback of this college is that it has a large intake of students in one course , there are 360 seats only for CSE branch which makes the college campus more crowded and also increases the competition during placements time .
